I have been a customer of StorQuest in La Quinta for a while and actually have a personal unit as well as my company unit there. From the day I called to find out more information, I have been very pleased with the level of customer service. I was very happy on move-in day with the staff all the of the help they offered. I have also been pleased with how easy the billing system works. As I have 2 units and 2 seperate accounts, there has never been any mistake or confusion. If you are thinking about getting a storage unit, this is the only place. The prices are fair, the facility is top of the line, and the staff is always going out of their way to make sure you are happy. I will continue to rent a unit from StorQuest and will be sure to tell everyone I know how great it is.

Horrible, our things were stolen here internally. The reviews are written by staff at various locations, very easy to notice they are all very vanilla reviews. I had my grandmothers crystal stolen here by internal staff. I came to move a sofa out of my unit one morning & saw Adrain coming out of another unit carrying a duffle bag scurrying away which sounded off a red flag. I am saddened this is going on as I entrusted this company to kept our belongings safe. When I checked the Chest the crystal was gone! My wife is sick over this. Additinaly I was talked into a insurance plan when we already had our own insurance so we paid extra. I was talked out of using my own insurance and told not to bring the forms in. Please do not rent here its a huge scam.

Extra Space Storage....you are very fortunate to have Dario Maciel on your team! He is the true definition of being "customer centric". I had been renting two units for the past three years....spent close to $10,000 on storage. I was on an automatic payment schedule which deducted out of my checking account on the 23rd of each month. When I vacated both units on April 8th, I assumed I would be credited a portion of the months payment. That may not had been the case had Dario not advocated for me. He appealed to his manager and was able to get me a credit in the amount of $47.99 per unit! So, if you are looking for a storage facility in the desert who actually care about their customers, Extra Storage is the way to go!!!!

The entire staff has been extremely helpful in all of my storage needs. I have had a unit for months, at this location, prior to Extra Space Storage taking it over. Initially I was concerned about the change in companies; but I have been THRILLED with the personal service and assistance I have received under the new company. James and his staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that I have the best space and price for my needs. They are always polite and professional. The office is always impeccably clean - I actually always comment on how AMAZING it smells when I walk in to make a payment. There is no other facility within the valley I would trust my storage needs to.

I signed up online because I was familiar with the brand, but when we got to the local facility, we had an even better experience. Adrian is friendly, helpful, professional, and really knows the business. She gave us so many suggestions and offered advice on how to make the most out of our storage space. When we arrived, she took us on a tour so we could see the space we were renting and explained how everything worked. She helped us pick out a lock, make sure we knew how to use the access code, and showed us the best way to get into the property with the truck. The facility is in tip top shape, but Adrians customer service put the whole experience over the top!

THEFT going on here internally. I rented a unit here & was never told about a increase until I noticed it on my credit card statement. Made several attempts to phone front desk and no one ever answered our calls. They have caller ID & if you have a problem they know your calling about they simply do not answer! They kept pushing us to buy their own insurance & when we went to check on furniture and art we noticed items MISSING STOLEN. Called corporate office was told to speak to a Peter Schaefer who never returned our calls. This facility is not trustworthy; dont fall for their niceness when joining its all a act to get into your units.

I cannot tell you how please we are with the service of Dario and Jay at the La Quinta Storage facility. They helped me through the billing process, made adjustments to size of units and best of all they worked with me on getting those units tied up from Arizona. These two gentleman are true professionals and Extra Storage Space is lucky to have them. I look forward to working with them and seeing there smiling faces as I pull in with the moving trucks. By the way, this is the second time we stored with them and they are the cleanest units I have ever seen. If you have to rent space, these are the folks to do it with.

BEWARE this is the worst most sleaziest location. Theft going on internally by the site manager. To top it off we rented a unit and were told a certain price it was raised without our knowledge, we were forced to pay or threatened by the staff for Auction only being a week late. We confirmed through a ex employee the positive reviews are written by their corporate office & internal staff. The amount of corruption and theft here internally is alarming. Inventory your units everyone and do NOT let them continue this thievery.

Came in here last Saturday to get a 10 x 10 unit. Jay Campos helped me with renting the unit. He gave me the BEST service I have ever had at any storage facility EVER. He was thorough in showing me the unit and going over everything. He answered all my questions and it was a complete pleasure to do business at this location. Other businesses should take a lesson from this place. So nice to deal with a pleasant individual who makes you feel welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Jay!

Renting with Extra Space Storage has been great! Getting me set up with a unit without signing up for a long contract, a simple month to month plan! Dario was awesome making it simple and quick, also helping me narrow down what size of unit I would exactly need. Theyre hours are very convenient and have great security features. This is the best place in the world to store your stuff! hands down this place is clean professional and fast! Dario is the man to talk to he is very knowledgable about the units and complex its self and he is very approachable. He will show you available storage units to make sure you like the space you get. I highly recommend this place.
