I would highly recommend Lone Mountain Storage to anyone looking for storage in the Vegas area. We were in the middle of trying to buy our first home and it was taking so long that we decided to just rent a truck and bring our furniture from Calif.and I made a call to Lone Mountain Storage to get a quote on a 10 by 30 unit and they said with the truck rental the first month was free. We had 3 unit in California and was spending 450.00 a month so we jumped right on it. the staff has always been polite and helpful. We finally got our new home in Aug and in Oct. we were able to downsize to a smaller unit and they picked a unit right across from the large one which made it so easy to move into. even though we were already clients they gave us the new promotion of half off for the first 2 months. You wont go wrong placing you lives treasures in their care.It is always clean and I fell safe there.

"A CUT ABOVE THE REST" !! What can you say about a storage facility well kept for public use and a management team that bends over backward to make sure your every need is met. These days, pricing and management knowledge is everything. I have had a very tough couple of years financially and starting a new company in this economic climate is very difficult. I started the company with nothing and Dale, Cindy and Robin have been there every step of the way. I want to say thanks to them because without them, I would not be in business today. They are the management team to envy. Bottom line, the pricing cannot be beat and to top it all you get the best management has to offer. THANKS !! A++++++++

I have rented from this Lone Mountain Mini Storage in the past and had such a great experience, that when I needed storage again, I immediately knew that I would return to this location. The owners are super friendly and helpful and have always treated me like Im a good friend, rather than just some random customer. Lone Mountain Mini Storage is the only place I will store my belongings, not just because of the outstanding customer service, but because of the security of the location with coded gate and units, but also for the video surveillance. I know my belongings are safe. I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else.

These days businesses have the attitude "take it or leave it".NOT SO at Rancho Lone Mountain. I have had one unit for a while because they were around the corner. Recently I moved 7 miles away and after checking those big yellow storage places with higher prices and whatever attitudes I feel lucky to have gotten a second unit at the best price. These guys have that good old customer service that I remember growing up! Not to mention the only place Ill reserve a U-Haul from now on! Can Not say it any other way! Rent here and have peace of mind!

The staff there are all super nice & helpful. In fact, when I was moving, I realized I needed a larger room than I had purchased. It was nearly midnight, but the manager was bbqing in the apartment on site, and was nice enough to open up the office and upgrade me on his off time. You dont see customer service like that anymore nowadays! They are always very helpful, and the facility is very clean. I did a lot of calling around when I decided I needed a storage place, and they have the best prices in town! A++++++!!!!

This is a great place to store your belongings and not have to worry about them .I have been in las vegas for 40 years and have my stuff stolen more than three times from storage places.This is the main reason i chose RANCHO LONE MT. to store my stuff.The managers live on site and keep a good eye on your storage.Also the place is clean .In my two and a half years with them i have told everyone that brings up storage place about them .You guys keep up the good work .

IT all started with my phone call while calling around for a storage unit. The staff was very friendly, professional and answered all my question on my first call. When we showed up to rent our unit, the staff again was very friendly, helpful and professional. The storage unit pricing is unbeatable. The location is great, the property is well kept and clean. We returned to rent a 2nd storage and will continue renting with Lone Mountain Storage.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Rancho Lone Mountain Storage. The staff there is so great they make me feel as though I am not just a customer... they run their office with efficiency and they are always pleasant and they recognize you when you come in or call to make payments. They have clean units and reasonable rates. I would recommend Rancho Lone Mountain Storage to my friends/family when they have storage needs!

Ive rented from Rancho Lone Mountain Storage for over 3 years now for business purposes. The service is always great and the staff members have gone out of their way to help me. After signing a form giving them permission, they even sign for my large deliveries when I cant make it and graciously place the boxes in my unit. I wouldnt use anyone else! : )

I just reserved a unit last week and the office managers were very helpful. They told me exactly what I needed without trying to upsell additional products or services. They were efficient and courteous. The facility is clean and secure and I feel very comfortable storing our belongings there.
