When it comes to rental facilities around the Coachella Valley there is plenty to choose from. But it comes down to customer service, there is only one place you want to go and that is the Extra Storage in Bermuda Dunes. I had been looking for the perfect location close to my home and also looked into the monthly rates for some time. I stopped by the Extra Space Storage facility in Bermuda Dunes located on Country Club Dr. to get a little more information. I was met by smiling Store Manager Kyle Duvall. Kyle took the time to explain the different options of storage after I told him what I wanted to store. He not only suggested what room size of storage I needed but he took into consideration the fragility of the items and how many pieces of furniture I had to store. Kyle took the time to explain the monthly fees which fitted my budget and policies surrounding the storage contract. I often see Kyle not only working the office but also providing assistance to customers around the entire storage facility. I have seen Kyle also doing the maintenance to the stairways and surrounding areas to ensure this facility is presentable. I am pleased to see that this manager remembers a customer by his or her name. There is no doubt that he not only takes his job seriously but he also likes what he does. I am a supervisor myself, and can certainly identify a good employee. Kyle is a team player and represents the image of the Extra Storage Company very well. Kyle should be recognized for his outstanding performance by the Corporate Office La Quinta resident

I had a memory from my childhood of storage facilities being dirty, hot, and the office being a trailer so I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice this facility was when I walked in. I was greeted by Bo who showed me an upstairs climate controlled 10x15 unit and once I saw it and the facility I rented it that day. The freight elevators, magnetic door locks to hold the doors open, and on site flatbed carts made moving my items in very easy. Whenever I have been there the facility has always been clean and it has always been cool inside and dont ask me how but whenever I have walked into the office Bo has remembered my name. Their camera and access systems are also top notch. The facility itself is located in a nicer area of town near expensive homes and is easily accessible from the I-10 freeway. Their online payment system makes paying very simple and convenient as well. I have not used their large RV sized enclosed units but having an RV I like how they are angled and have wide doors. It appears that backing into one of the units would be simple since the aisles are nice and wide. When the wife and I get a new RV I will most likely store it indoors at their location. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing self storage or RV storage. Go see Bo and Patrick and they will take care good care of you!

I found an excellent storage space and price at this location. More so, I found some of the best customer service I have experience in the whole Coachella valley. Audrey was very friendly, knowledgeable ,patient and over all extremely helpful in my deciding on a proper amount of space needed. She took the time to take me around the property and show me various units to better be able to make a final decision. Although this location was a little farther for our specific business storage needs, customer service sold us. I couldnt imagine walking in anywhere else after my experience at this location. The next day I met "Kyle" , he too is also very friendly and has great customer service. I have been here several times through the week now and I would give them more stars if possible. They go above and beyond. Its difficult to find this level of customer service these days. I highly recommend this location and their services to anyone. They absolutely suck!!! .all these reviews are written by other employees they and people that attend the same church .the 1st time my unit was robbed I was told was an "isolated incident" (probably someone I know) " then the 2nd time my unit was robbed I found out that that several other units at this place were too ! and they wont tell you about the break ins when you sign up and they refuse to file a police report or even admit that there was a theft .which is horrible because when they catch the theft you have the chance to ID your belongings ...thanks to these idiots I wasnt able to .- all of these reviews are a scam , do yourself a favor and call the local police department and they will tell you if you want to keep your belongings safe ...DONT PUT IT AT EXTRA SPACE STORAGE .IiN BERMUDA DUNES.

Best storage option in the desert. I had reservations about the location, because that meant driving. After researching other storage options around the Coachella Valley, I knew this was the right place. The facility is CLEAN! And CLIMATE Controlled. Needing to go to storage during the summer is not a problem. No bugs. No trash. Bo, the site manager, keeps the site clean and beautiful. And he is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I never once felt scared coming to this site early morning or at night alone. I have had such a great experience here that I have friends and family also using the facility. They all had the same reservations about distance. But after doing the same research that I have done, they have all decided to do business here.

I felt it would be remiss not to express my gratitude for how absolutely amazing Kyle has been as an employee with Extra Space Storage, and considered one of the newest of employees for myself to have engaged with, being that I have had my things stored within this same location under the former ownership. Regardless of any "overhead changes", this location has yet to skip a beat in customer service. I couldnt be more pleased, given the fact that Kyle and his team have been housing belongings of mine which carry sentimental value. Thank you for all of your efforts!!!

I was in a couple of days ago to rent a unit for my family and myself. My boss runs her business out of one of their other storage units so I am here very often durning season. As soon as we walked up Kyle knew exactly who I was, even though we had never officially met. Its nice to know that he recognizes the people coming in and out of the property. It makes it feel more safe and secure. He and the other gentleman there were very friendly to my daughter and I throughout the whole morning and I feel very confident we will have a great experience here!

The most friendly establishment that I have ever had the good fortune to store my stuff at. I rented the upstairs indoor unit. It was quite spacious and tall so I was able to stack a large amount of things inside. The freight elevators and dollys they provided really made it convenient. It was always cool inside, even in the dead of summer. The staff is incredibly helpful. The only reason I do not store there anymore is because I moved into a larger house. But if I ever had any storage needs this would be the first place I would go.
