Heather was very helpful and quick it didnt take long at all from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. However when I went back on a Friday night I couldnt seem to find my unit, I spent an hour and a half walking through every hall and building trying to find my unit. The 2 I found had locks on them so I was extremely upset because I had a van full of things to put in my storage. I called the office but of course they were closed so I left a frantic message of what I was going through. If I didnt get this stuff out of my car I would have to haul it back up to my 2nd story condo because I deliver for Amazon and needed the van emptied. To my disappointment nobody called me back until Monday ( they live on property) and told me I was looking for the wrong number. HUMMMM my information had something different on it. If you were given 217 would you look for 17 ...Nope. or 2-17 nope! I would look for exactly 217. It should be written 2-17, they may understand the way its set up but for someone just renting there and had used their facility at a different location without this confusion. Thats my recommendation to make it better for us new renters, write it as we will see it. All in all Heather did help me on Monday and she is the one that called me on Monday morning to see if it had been taken care of. So Heather gets an A, procedures get a D. Thanks

When I needed a storage facility in November, I had called numerous locations, driven to several others; however, I never felt like they were clean enough or safe enough. Then, when I was about to give up, I called and discussed my needs with Trissa and she explained what they had available, their hours, etc. I then drove to Extra Space, at which time I immediately found this facility to be 100% clean, as well as I felt like my items would be safe here. I was shown the unit(s) and I immediately took possession of the unit(s). I would highly recommend this facility to anyone, the staff are very courteous and accommodating to your move times and will assist you with whatever youre needing.

These past few months have been tough for my family and I. Weve rented at this facility for a couple of months now and Ive always stored at different storage facilities, until now. Javier and Trissa have been extraordinary this past month and a half. Theyve been great with helping out by reminding me of payments, allowing me to throw some trash away and even providing personal help (listening). I dont usually do reviews, but ExtraSpace storage goes on and beyond what regular customer service is. I will most definitely be coming back, and recommending them to all my friends and family. We have had our stuff here for a while and seems fine in general. The ladies working there are fine, but when we questioned a bill they seemed defensive. I think they were actually right but couldnt handle slight confrontation very well. We do want to look for something that feels more secure although once again this is probably fine but we just hope for something that feels perfect. The inside units seem dark and not great but drive up is fine. We checked out the one on Buffalo and it feels more secure but we have no concrete evidence either way.

I was desperately looking for a climate controlled storage unit to store my household goods for several months. I found Extra Space Storage on Yelp based on their great reviews. I initially started out with two climate controlled units, however, on load-in day, discovered that I needed additional space and was able to get two more CC units. Justin Cartwright and Trissa Vance took great care of me, provided great customer service and were extremely helpful in making my move less stressful. Great team at ESS on West Sahara! Javier has been an enormous help to my business needs by making finding the perfect units easy, and efficient. I needed large units that were side by side and he made sure to get me exactly what I asked for. Javier and Trissa are very attentive and take their customers very seriously. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I NEEDED TO RENT STORAGE AND IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND VERY HELPFUL. VERY SECURE FACILITY , I LOOKED INTO OTHER PLACES AND IT WAS RIDICULOUS THE PRICES THEY WANTED TO CHARGE FOR A SMALL STORAGE SPACE AND THE FACILITIES DIDNT LOOK VERY WELL KEPT AND SECURE. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION AND IF I EVER NEED TO STORAGE AGAIN I WILL DEFINATELY RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

Justin at Extra Space was extremely helpful in enabling me to lease a space at his facility in Las Vegas from Salt Lake City. He answered my many questions and was very prompt about returning calls and facilitating my signing the lease from a remote location. This is my second time renting with Extra Space--it seems to be a very service oriented storage facility and Justin is a good example of that service orientation.

The staff in the office are very nice and friendly. Tamika in particular is wonderful....she greeted me by name on only my 2nd visit and helped me work out a payment plan when I had difficulty with a bill. The facility irs clean and secure. The move-in special for short term storage is good, and the monthly prices are about the same as surrounding facilities. Definitely a good place to store your stuff!

This is a wonderful storage facility. With the help of Trissa, I just signed up today. She gave me a tour of the VERY clean facility and showed me the unit I would be renting. She explained everything, helped me pick out a lock, went over the paperwork and I was signed up and out of there in no time. My family also uses this facility and I feel comfortable that my stuff will be safe here.

I needed a storage unit with very short notice and Trissa was so helpful in finding me a unit that fit my needs as well as my budget. The office is very clean. I love that all the units are single story. NO CLIMBING STAIRS. Everything is air conditioned which is a necessity in the summers. The lease is month to month which is great! I would recommend them to anyone.

Heather helped me reserve a unit and even offered to credit me for a lock since the initial rep. I spoke to over the phone forgot to tell me about the one-time $24 admin fee. I ended up having to go to another storage place since this location is closed on Sundays but had a great experience with this location. Very caring, polite and efficient. Check them out!

Switched to Extra Space Storage after 12 years at another facility. I received better service and more efficiency in our first meeting than I had experienced in 12 years. Facilities are clean and appear well maintained. Trissa and Ashley were friendly and professional and I look forward to doing business here for years to come.
