just awesome with everything. This was the first place we stopped and it was a no brainer. At forst we dealt with Carmen. She was a great help. We just moved and had to store half our stuff for a few months, She sold us from the get go. Great personality and salesmanship. We also dealt with Sandy as well. Talk about people that go above and beyond. I wound up needing 2 lockers come the end of the day and the free van really was a deal breaker . The service and deal is unbeatable. I have to say If you ever need a storage locker make sure its with Desert Storage and try to get Carmen or Sandy . They really made a an iffy situation a totally great experience .I actually needed a larger truck then they had on the lot and Carmen found me 1 for the very next morning.. I must say those two employees totally blew us away. After most of the moving to the storage locker I ran into there dist manager and even he was a nice pleasant person with a smile and a hand shack I felt and now know we made the right decision going with them. This is from the Taneya location. Even the girl from the other location where we had to pick up the larger truck made sure we new they had coffee and snacks there if we wanted and made sure we new the fastest and most direct route back to where we needed to go. There employees travel to all there stores but always see if you can deal with Carmen or Sandy there just great people who have a real smile on there face and make sure you are 100% ok with everything on your mind Also know there storage lockers are sealed units. Not like many other places where the side walls only go 3/4 up With Desert storage there walls go from floor to ceiling. That was a hugh deal knowing the person next to me could not get into my local. I had that issue many years ago so becarefull at those low budget type places.

I felt a little spoiled renting at Desert Storage on Tenaya in Vegas. The office personnel were very professional and friendly and the rates were affordable for the area. The units are very well maintained and clean. As a business owner, I liked that I was able to access my unit whenever I needed and was not restricted by office hours. The last time I was there the lights near my unit were out. The attendant promptly came to my unit and replaced the bulbs in the hallway and I was back in business. I would recommend Desert Storage to anyone looking for a great self storage location.

I rented a unit from here for a little over two years. I chose this location mostly for the security, cleanliness, and great customer service. The staff is excellent and very professional. They never failed to make me feel welcomed and that my business is appreciated. Not only is the facility always neat and clean, but I felt at ease knowing that all my personal belongings were kept safe. I highly recommend this location and would definitely return if ever needed. I cannot say enough about how great Desert Storage has been to deal with. I have been working with Sandy and Walter for about a month to get my boat moved over from another storage facility around the corner. The other storage facility alway made me felt like a number. Sandy and Walter have gone way over the top to help me. I will be storing my boat here for years to come. Thanks you Sandy and Thank you Walter!!! You guy are the BEST!!!

A classic bait and switch due to changes in ownership. Was promised a discount for pre-payment of months and told that this is no longer allowed after moving all my items in. I was really looking to make this a positive long term stay but I dont feel they really care at an upper management level. The local management at this office tried to help and I appreciate their efforts. Id recommend you to be highly suspect to any promises made.

I was looking for fantastic storage and searched all over the valley for a place that was secure and reasonably priced. I finally found the desert storage on North Tenaya and immediately knew this was the place. Valerie and Tracy are remarkably knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Id recommend this location to anyone looking for a great storage experience. The free move-in truck saved me a ton of money.

This store has everything plus more. I have never had better customer service then Andi (the manager) and her staff. They are friendly, prompt, & courteous. They never treat you harsh or less important then the matter at hand. I will truly miss storing my items and recommend that any and everyone check them out. They have great prices, great ideas and a new van for picking up.

My wife was shopping for storage and has never been treated better. We decided that we can get away without extra storage, but I would recommend this place to anyone. very clean and extremely professional. Valerie answered all of my wifes questions. Great place!

An excellent storage facility! Professional employees who clearly want to help in any way they can. The units are clean and climate controlled. Had a second floor unit but was very easy to move up and down with the elevator and free dollies.
