There was absolutely absolutely nothing that I liked about this place. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about the way the manager treated me while I was a customer there and they couldnt even reply to my complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That just goes to show what type of company they are. My fiance also file the report against them with the Better Business Bureau and they replied to her stating that she was a liar in fact she was not because I filed a complaint about the exact same situation. But I stated in my complaint that I had proof of them completely lying to me and it being aggressive and and hostile to appoint that it was putting my well being in danger. This just goes to show the absolu horrible business principles and morals does this company has and its leadership. They also would not comply with a written agreement that they made via email to me but instead they lied about the agreement and told me and I will not be able to get my stuff out unless I pay the wholenext month or they were not going to give me my stuff even if I was current. So I paid a whole month in advance and once they got the money they gave me 5 days to get evicted or lose my stuff. What a complete piece of crap business

Honestly this place doesnt even deserves one star. They are completely Unprofessional, worst place I have ever stored at. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere for storage. Canyon Storage, Storage West and Valley view are better places to go alot more friendly, professional and treat customers with the utmost respect and kindness. I would never ever recommend anyone to store any items or property here. Everyone has their own opinions which is wonderful however my opinion is I am less than impressed with this company as a whole on their lack of professionalism and hostile environment that can be triggered by one person saying something the company does not like they do not give you the right to obtain a secondary copy of your lease that is in their fine print policy. It states they dont have to give you a second copy however they can let you view in the business place itself or they deny your consumer RIGHT to view it. Any other storage place is more than willing to let you view, and obtain a copy of your lease if it ever gets lost or misplaced in your possession. For those reasons I would never recommend this company in general for storage. There are way better and nicer places to go.

I had a very positive experience there with a gentleman there named Dave Olsen. Very knowledgeable and professional. Helped me to determine what would best meet my needs and then like some kind of magician made it happen. I guess I would be cranky too if I had a name like "Dallas Tweedy".

This place keeps raising rents and if you forget to pay for 2 months they cut your lock off start the auction process. When I asked about them paying for my lock they refused! Glad I got out when I did.

Good place to store your extra stuff with 24 hour access but now going into its third price increase within a one year period.
