StorQuest on Dune Palms Rd. is the very best self storage business in the entire County. Because of Zulma the StorQuest manager of the property look no more. There are many places to choose from but Zulma provides the most competitive pricing and hands down the very very best customer service in the entire desert. Her entire team is excellent because of the outstanding role model that she is. I have always appreciated how much Zulma and her team care about me as a customer and the security, pricing and upkeep of the storage property. Do not look any further. Its the very best in every way. ;]

I have been a customer for over 5 years. Facility is always clean, tight security, and never had any problems feeling unsafe storing my valuables here. Zulma is always at great service, helpful, and always ready to attend your needs. Zulma also has a awesome assistant Anita that has the same quality professional service. I highly recommend this storage I would not feel comfortable if I was to store anywhere else. I just wish there was 24 hour access so I could get my equipment for emergencies. Other than that I love storing here.

Best storage place Ive rented and I rent a lot, I buy and sell homes all over. Zulma is the best manager Ive dealt with. My company has come back time after time for almost 12 yrs and she always makes this whole process painless. Shes very professional, thorough and best of all knows La Quinta and the storage industry very well. Shes always out walking picking up trash maintaining the place very clean and never hesitates to smile and say hi. Even though its expensive to store with her shes worth every dime.

I have storage in two different states and there is definitely a HUGE difference between the facilities. My storage in Nevada is with a different company and is very VERY dusty and BUGGY!!! I have been using your facility on Dune Palms in La Quinta for almost 3 years now and have had zero problems with it. This facility is EXTREMELY well taken care of, VERY clean and the staff is very PROFESSIONAL. Zulma, the manager, is extremely pleasant to do business with. Thank you.

Rented an AC and a non-AC unit. The units & property were very clean. Zulma the property manager was amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgable. She offered me a new truck and driver at move-in and made everything convenient. When I purchased my wardrobe boxes the regional manager even carried them to my unit for me. Great experience all around.

Great price for the storage unit; entire facility seems very clean and well maintained. Zulma is very easy to deal with, knows her product and is very professional and pleasant. Free truck to help us move out stuff to the unit is MUCH appreciated; being able to reserve this service and the unit in advance is very helpful!

Check in was quick and easy, Raylien got us all set up, Lot access is very convenient from Hwy 111. Space was clean and there was plenty of room for multiple vehicles to be loading/unloading at the same time. Highly recommended!!
