They used to be good, but they sold out to Grizzly Bear Storage, LLC last year and have gone down hill since then. The place has been falling into disrepair and the office is not always staffed during posted hours of operation. As the place is falling apart, they have the audacity to raise their rental rates to some of the highest in the area! I have noticed that their are progressively more vacancies in this place and soon there will be two more, as I am going to moving out of my units.

We have had to store our household items here while waiting to close on a house. The employees here have been very helpful and the prices are very reasonable. The access is right off of Hwy 55 and Florida so it is quick to get there from I-84. Great business!

Very reasonable storage place that is clean and seems to be well secured. :) the key pad sometimes sticks and you have to punch number in a couple times. But very happy with the service. Front end gal is a sweety as well.

Its a great storage place. But its only 24 hour access if you pay extra $20 or so for it. Not sure when gates close.
