This was absolutely the easiest storage rental I have ever experienced not to mention that I got a 5x10 for the same price that everyone else is charging for 5x8s. The staff that run the place are so friendly and helpful. I have been there for a couple months and have not had anything less than a totally comfortable and satisfying encounter with an employee. It is also the cleanest facility I have encountered where it isnt a controlled atmosphere facility, it rain a bunch last week and I expected to see, some kind of puddling just inside the roll down door or mud residue since they are outdoor units but to my complete surprise, there was zero anything inside my door except a tiny amount of dirt I brought in while I was going in & out. my main selling point was the price and the fact that I had 24 hour access and the bonus was to find I didnt have to supply my own locking devise either they supply it all included in the price I dont believe I will ever rent from a different facility even if I have a further drive than another 24 hour place closer to me. I definatly recomend this facility so if your looking go to link and reserve your unit online like I did and get a rebate on your first months rental like I did Hands down the best storage rental experience I ever had!

Hi, A very few firms can claim to be as good as keylock storage, I can assure you of that. I had a requirment for my friends back in the states and guess what it was all served well. I really loved the well laid out website and special thanks to Cheryl from the front desk who took special pains in explaining and assisting to help me make a well informed choice.A true holistic approach leading to 100% customer satisfaction. Visiting Keylock Storage was like taking a breath of fresh air. The facility was clean, the units I looked at were exactly as advertised, and Cheryl, the employee on duty, was very approachable and willing to go the extra mile. She gave me a guided tour of the facility and, even though I was on the fence about purchasing the storage, she took care of me as if I were a paying customer. Once I finally make the decision to gather all the extra stuff in my garage, Keylock is where Im gonna rent the space to hold it. Ps, they have popcorn

We moved to Nampa from another state and found out on our moving day that our apartment did not provide us with the storage closet posted in their advertisements. We had a few things that would not fit in our apartment and the day was closing in on us. Debbie from Keylock Storage stayed an extra 1/2 hour after business hours to ensure we were taken care of. With 24 hour access to the storage unit, only being one mile from our place and the great customer service, I give this establishment 5 stars!

They have very reasonable prices, place is clean and maintenance is up to date in winter days, staff is great and organized, I never had any problems with billing. Cheryl at the front desk is awesome. I will totally go back whenever I need to store my trailer. When you request it, they always call you as soon as there is an available spot .

The manager Shellie is fantastic and extremely competent in her role of running the facility. I have rented at many storage units in the last twenty years, this facility gets an A+

keylock storage has been a lifesaver when I needed to upgrade my unit due to an eviction they helped me out and let me upgrade it with a prorated amount from my last unit they are very very kind and helpful
