We are RVers and due to the fact that most of the residential properties are under the control of an overbearing HOA (sorry that discussion is for another time) we looked for a storage facility for our motorhome. There are many options available in the west valley and I looked at them all, including homeowners who have an acre or more lot and will let you park at the back of their property. I really liked Sun City Bargain storage for a lot of reasons. One they have a dump site so that I can empty my black tank after coming back from a trip, two is that it is secure with video surveillance and restricted access and three because of the manager Bill. When I first visited Sun City Bargain Storage, Bill asked me several questions about the size of my rig and told me that he was currently full but he took my name and number and put it on his wait list. A couple weeks later I checked in with him and he told me he was still full but assured me that he does work his wait list continually. In the mean time I found a homeowner who had some room and rented me a space at the back of his property. It was all dirt, no security, no dump site and he still charged me $60 a month. But I had no choice. Two weeks after that I got a call from Bill and he had a spot open for me. YES! Two days later I moved my motor home and all is well. No dirt, all concrete and great access. Bill was very professional and friendly which is sometimes lacking in the service industry. If you have an RV or a boat that you need to store, I highly recommend Sun City Bargain Storage, it is a great facility, has great value and a great manager. I think I will be here for a long time.

Update - Many times people might be lucky finding the right service provider. I think Bill and, indirectly, this facility deserves an update. Bill continues to provide what I consider excellent customer service. Excellent Customer Service isnt a one-day event. Bill recently made me feel I was his only customer. PLEASE consider this facility for your storage needs before you book with someone else. _________ Right from the greeting at the front door until I moved some of my stuff into the storage unit, Bill and the storage facility met my expectations. Bill took time to explain the rental details and immediately showed me available units. When I chose one, he said he would clean the unit before I returned later that day. I was surprised because the unit already looked clean. I suggest others should check out this facility before making a final decision.

I was cleaning out our guest room bookshelf this afternoon and found my rental agreement with SCBS. I had such a great experience with them, 11 months ago, that I felt compelled to come comment today on the fantastic service we received. I moved here May 2014 and needed a large, clean unit to hold our items immediately so that we could return a moving truck and store the entire contents of our home until we found a new house. The service, pricing, and cleanliness of the facility was top notch from day one. Payment was simple, access was easy, and we received no unnecessary hassle about my grandfather being the one to reserve the unit for my own use. I felt safe visiting frequently, and at odd hours to collect belongings I suddenly needed. In the event that I need a storage unit again I will not hesitate to call Sun City Bargain Storage.

Back the trailer up into a small space? No problem! Flat tire? No problem! Bill was right there to help us position the trailer, each time weve brought the trailer in. He provided an air compressor and helped us with the tire. In 120-degree weather he expressed concern and went to check on our well-being, providing cold water. The facility is immaculate, the front gate and office welcoming. Customer service way above and beyond, Sun City Bargain Storage is by far the best weve ever encountered. It deserves more than 5 stars! This is a must for your storage needs!

SIX STARS for Sun City Bargain Storage. Finding RV storage in the Phoenix area is hard enough, but trying to make arrangements from 2,000 miles away adds another layer of inconvenience. Bill could not have been friendlier and more willing to work with my circumstances. When at first, nothing was available, he called me as soon as something opened up. He even reached out to let me know everything went smoothly after a change of plans meant I had to have someone else deliver the RV. Whew! Thanks!

Great job by the team at Sun City Bargain Storage. Recently, Bill, the manager, noticed that my boat cover had disintegrated during a significant wind storm. He promptly called me and advised me of the situation. He sent me pictures and offered his assistance by removing the cover so I wouldnt have to leave work and run out the the site. Many, Many Thanks!! Not only is Sun City Bargain Storage a excellent value, the service is second to none. Highly recommended!

I run a large church rummage sale each January. We collect donations all year, and store them until the sale. Sometimes we will be given the contents of an apartment or an entire house with very little advance warning. Bill is always responsive to our needs and goes out of his way to help us. Weve been storing our at this location for more than 20 years. Competitive prices, great location for us and excellent service keep us coming back.

Bill, the manager, was very informative, helpful, and accommodating in choosing the right space for my travel trailer. The premises, surrounded by block wall and barbed wire, gated entrance, and surveillance cameras, provides a feeling of security and piece of mind. Hours of operation and proximity to my home are another big plus. I highly recommend this location to anyone interested in storing their rv, boat, or car.

At the Bargain Storage on N. 107th Ave in Sun City the employee (his name is Bill) working the day I went to rent a space was so knowledgeable about this facility I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They showed me a couple of options and left it up to me to choose. The units and the entire property is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend using them for your storage needs.
