Have only been renting at premier self storage now for about 6 months. Absolutely every time I go to either pick up my trailer or drop it off it is an hour long ordeal. The body sh MOop has absolutely over ran the entire facility. It takes 30 minutes to find someone within the body shop to move thier RVs, trailers, and vehicles just so that I can get my trailer out of its spot. Then upon returning another hour long ordeal to get someone to move whatever they decide to park in my spot, in front of my spot and up and down the aisles. One of the benefits/amenities of premier self storage is they have an on site RV dump, exclude that, its 10 RVs deep in crashed coaches and trailers. It is literally work for myself as well as two other tenants I have had the pleasure of verbally bashing premier with to obtain or drop off your RV at this business. The storage end of this facility has showed me that they are obviously not in the business to actually store peoples RVs, the sign out front should read RV body shop and nothing else. I spoke with Rhonda today about my issues, she did seam to actually be a bit concerned but it still took over an hour and a half to dump my trailer, and drop it off, the body shop personal are very bothered by any of the rental Tennants and very inconsiderate and seem to be put out by anyone needing them to move RVs out of or in front of a place that I pay for. In addition to all of this I am also a state of AZ retired fire fighter and can absolutely tell anyone reading this that if the fire Marshall were to visit this facility they would fined for not providing any type of access to many of the areas within the facility. If premier storage were ever to have any type of an incident an engineer would zero chance of gaining access to 50℅ of this facility. Chief Jim wise with el mirage fire would be forced to squirt water from the other side of the wall and pray that it makes it the actual area that was in harms way. I give this facility terrible review and would urge people to pay the extra few bucks to store thier possessions at a place that did not have these issues. I am sure that most will read this and say I am only a disgruntled customer, if your a Tennant now, next time you go to get your RV take a moment and look around, even if it may not affect your specific spot think about the safety issues if an issue did arise. And if your a customer visiting this facility to possibly rent a space, do yourself a favor and do a small walk around the facility and keep my review in the back of your head as it just may be you that has the same issues as I have had now for 6 months, I am currently seeking another business to store my trailer at. Went in this week and met with Rhonda from the storage facility. Rhonda was extremely helpful with my frustrations and did everything she could to rectify my problems that I encountered. Since then she has given me a new spot to park my trailer away from the clutter of the body shop. During my last visit I also was witness to a much easier maneuverability of the aisle ways and office area. Thank you Rhonda for your time, effort, and working with me and my issues.

Have been keeping my RV here for the past year and love Rhonda she has been great. Very friendly since the first day we met. I thought very long and hard about all the reviews that I had read before renting here. But fell in love with Rhonda. So I gave it a try luckily she had a spot away from all the body shop stuff. And it has been a great spot to store my RV. So the bad news the first time I was to return the RV and dump the tanks cant get into the dump lane. Body shop had RVs and trailers blocking the area. So unhappy to spend the next half hour to find somebody to clear the lane before I could dump tanks. To avoid the blockade of body shop equipment, for the next few trips back to park rig I would come earlier then before. Like six am prior to the busy body shop operation lane near the dump station started. Or later after they shutdown for the night. But that happens to be a pain in the a** sometimes. This past trip to the dump lane was no fun. I thought I would just take a chance and go at a time that was convenient for my schedule wow no go. Very bad idea blocking the dump station again was you guessed it. Two of the body shop rigs and equipment in the way again. So I give its not nice to treat one customer better than all the others. We all pay the same price for our spots why can they park anywhere they want Very inconsiderate. Im sure if I had parked my RV blocking an area that I would be told to move and not do it again. I believe that the body shop has been told about blocking the lane but it continues. They must be paying some very high rates to actually act like they own the place. And maybe they do. Still just had to vent before I leave. Hope that if you are still here reading this super long sad story of mine. You understand what you are going to get if youre renting here. If I only took my RV out once a year I would think about staying. Good luck and happy travels

1st experience was OK except with a 40 5th wheel and longbed truck, I could not get into the spot, as long motorhomes were on either side and a sideways car trailer across the way. They allowed us to select a new spot, which was better but still hard to get into. 2nd experience at the new spot OK at start. Then a trailor showed up in the end traffic aisle which prevented us from getting in. Many other motorhomes and trailors in the traffic aisles. Wonder what the fire company would say about that? Upon speaking with the lady at front desk, she stated "well you picked the spot, but maybe we can find another spot". I told her, "yes, we picked the spot, but the circumstances changed when you allowed a trailer in the end aisle. She kept saying the same thing over and over "you picked the spot". I guess she is just a little thick about the circumstances changing. She said that trailer belongs to our bread and butter tenant, which is a bodyshop/repair Company. I said well I guess that takes precedent over the other customers. She said there was nothing she could do..........you picked the spot. I looked at the door and said "who can I talk to that cares". She stated you can go outside and talk out there. So much for Customer Service. Again a person that just doesnt care. I said that does it, we are out of here and gave her notice that we were going elsewhere. She pretty much didnt care and again said "you picked the spot". After contacting some other storage facilities, other people have had the same kind of treatment. Bottom line is that you pick the spot, but when a trailer pops up in the aisle or maybe a tree grows in your spot, its tough you know what.........YOU PICKED THE SPOT Would never go back even if had to pay twice as much.
