The outside units are subject to dusty, intense crosswinds. I should have been warned about this when I moved my stuff in. I wasnt warned, so I didnt adequately prepare. The upshot is that my stored belongings are currently blanketed in at least an inch of orange, sticky desert dirt. I anticipate it will be a massive undertaking -- not to mention a costly one -- to clean everything when I vacate if, in fact, everything CAN be cleaned. (Its the appliances that are in the worst shape. An inch of caked dirt can really do a job on a vacuum.) And to address the next question...no, unfortunately the compulsory insurance I maintain on the unit will not cover a claim for damage done by dirt winds. Pricing is ... misleading. I began renting my 10 x 7 unit for $67/mo. Three and a half years later, I am paying $117/mo. Thats a 75% increase. Call Corporate and ask for a break, and they tell you the rent is competitive and "what the market will bear." Self storage is a business built on a financially vulnerable customer base, Thats a fact, Jack. Beware.

Shannon was absolutely amazing. I had the option between other storages and this one and the customer service I received over the phone for the others told me I would not want to be dealing with those people even though they were closer. Shannon was energetic and seemed to really enjoy her job. You could tell that customer service was a forte of hers. She was extremely friendly and accommodating and really made the process pleasant. She is an amazing employee and I definitely think more people should take the approach to customer service she has. Note to other storage facilities: train your employees to accommodate the customer! Thanks Shannon and Public Storage for being so easy to deal with.

THEFT at this location seems to be a normalcy. BEWARE of this location and remember the staff here ARE NOT ON YOUR SIDE! If you or anyone you know has had any theft or losses of any kind you should report it straight to the corporate office to get these employees prosecuted. Shannon had the rudest attitude when I when to visit and also was being questioned by the police. If she was any help to you or questioned if you had anything valuable I would tread with caution when leaving her and this staff in trust of your belongings. I will be reviewing this website continuously to see if there are any other victims and hopefully this ring of criminals will be brought to justice.

Been at this facility with same unit for over 14 years...have found Im paying about double what others pay at this same location....being a long time customer with this company is not a good thing....my suggestion would be to move early... WARNING......... Public Storage has only a 1 star rating with Consumer Affairs.....substantial number of negative reviews.....moreover, they are not Better Business Bureau accredited .....and they do not participate in the Consumer Affairs accreditation.....this appears to be a bad company in relation to their customers ( I am one very unhappy customer ).....what are your thoughts.....please share this.....

I recently consolidated two storage units to one larger unit and the associate who helped me, Sandy, was just a delight. She was knowledgeable, informative (without being pushy, which I appreciated), and just a very, very pleasant person with whom to conduct business. I have rented for a long time at PS and will continue as long as you keep employees like Sandy around in the office. With prior associates, it seemed as if my presence was a disruption to their day; however, when I walked in and Sandy greeted me with that smile, I felt right at home and completely at ease from start to finish. Give that girl a raise, she deserves it!!!!

I am really impressed with the way the employees at this public storage are always so friendly and thoughtfully. I am not exactly the best renter and i am almost always late or sometimes i forget to pay my rent one month and they will give me a courtesy reminder call. which is great for me with my busy schedule, i tend to forget about it. with as many customers as they have and deal with on a daily basis, Vicki always remember me by name. Vicki is always smiling and so friendly, they are lucky to have such a good employee. Keep up the good work Vicki.

Our experience at this Public Storage facility was excellent. It was one third the price of nearby Life Storage. The grounds were always clean and the means of entering and leaving always functioned well. The two gentlemen staff were very accommodating. We have used storage facilities many times in various states, and this was the nicest. There are inside lights at the units which made evening work (when weather is much cooler) of sorting, finding boxes possible. Will definitely utilize them again if we need storage.

When I visited the storage facility to inquire about renting I had a great experience. The lady behind the desk, I think her name was Vicki was very helpful. She was able to help me pick what would be best for my needs and was able to answer my questions well. I was also surprised to see that the place seemed very well taken care of and neat. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone. Thanks for leaving me with a great customer experience which is hard to come by these days!

I just wanted to start out and say that the manager there Vicki has been great and has provided me the best services on my prior visit to this storage place.My experience was nothing but excellence from start to finish since my 30 days that I used the storage for. I will recommend this facility to whomever is looking for a place to store there goods please come see Vicki and I am sure she will provide you all the same great services that she has provided me for my visit here in AZ.

We reserved a unit online and when we showed up it was looking ked but the on site manager , Sandy, did everything she could to help us. She made us laugh and had a good time throughout the process. She ended up finding a bigger unit for us to stay in and it work out for the best because we are completely moved in and had we gone with the smaller unit it would not have worked out. Long story short Sandy was alot of fun and made a crazy moving experience fun and easy.

Vicki was absolutely amazing. She was able to help me with a release and conveyance form, as well as helped me secure my things to make sure no one could access them, even if they somehow had a key. As a result, I am now assured of being able to get access to my things knowing they are safe and secure until I can get them. We arrived at 5:59pm with about 30 seconds left to close. We had just arrived from San Antonio Texas which is about 17 hours away. Miss Erika was nice enough to open the door let us in and still purchase our storage. She was more than helpful and I will always rent from this public storage. She showed professional customer service, courteous mannerisms, and all around brightened my day. I hope that she can train others to be as great as she is.
