I have never ever posted a review to any where before so with that said you must understand how much this place actually ment to me!! The help of Debbie and Jessie is beyond words wonderful! They went above the normal standards of kindness and patience to help us get the proper space and most importantly financially affordable unit!! I was so touched by the heartfelt care Debbie gave me that I almost started to cry! Moving is very hard to begin with and without her help in a hard time for us it wouldnt have been possible!! We looked at 4-5 other places and they by far are the most caring people I encountered! I would highly recommend them and always will come back and use in the future if ever needed!! Thank you Debbie your one of a kind warm hearted people!! Im sorry Jessie moved on in his career he was a fantastic employee!! Very grateful customers the Davis family!!!

OMINOUS RED

I already thought the previous management was nice but Preston took it to a higher level. I was out of town and had some family members who needed to access my unit and they accidentally broke a key off into my lock. Preston was more than helpful and quick to respond to help us handle the matter. I have had absolutely no complaints and no gripes about the service I have received through Preston at Storquest Villa Del Paz. I highly recommend this place and their service.

I have been with storequest since mid november 2012. I have never had the need of renting a storage, till now when I went to storequest I found Preston to be most helpul and pleasent,he is always advising me of ways to save money on my payments, by letting me know of all promotions, in the short time he has saved me plenty of money thank you Preston you are awsome.

Very friendly staff and best value for storage anywhere. I looked online all over the area because I just need 1 month of storage in between houses while moving. They have the best specials and you only need to reserve for 1 month, no tricks or small print gimmicks. Very nice lady who works there makes you feel welcome and gets you in your rental quickly. I highly recommend this place if you are browsing somewhere in the area.
