The people employed to run the Draper location are amazing. Very personable and helpful...however, the OWNERS policy of 15 day notice stinks. I left another storage facility, which was a very nice facility to move closer in town, and was able to leave with a short notice and move to Beehive. My automatic payment for the upcoming month arrived 5 days early at Beehive. I needed to cancel that month and get a refund. Oh no, they a need a 15 day notice. One month down the drain. They are NOT customer friendly at all. BEWARE!! You think they have a good rate....just wait until you need to cancel your lease. Good luck with that.

Was told a unit was available. Went over the next day to get unit and put stuff in it. Office sign said they were open but no one was there. Called the 3 numbers posted on the door that it said to call if no one was at the desk. No answer. After waiting for 40 minutes someone showed up, said they went to the bank and as it turns out the unit wasnt available. I did receive an insincere "sorry" though. I know none of it was intentional and its not lIke you need an amazing storage unit experience, but this was beyond poor.

Sign and machine both say open until 4 on Saturdays. I showed up at three, and had to call repeatedly to get someone, just for them to say they close at two. They let me in, have me fill out the form, then the lady that says that there are only a few units open. Her husband comes down, and basically berates her Infront of me, saying that there are no units, and asking her if she ever listens, yet the computer showed three open units. Bad experience.

Rented a unit last week. Managers very helpful and organized. Make sure you smile- cameras everywhere outside. I did a lot of calling around, no one could beat their rates. Im happy!
