I pay these guys for an "air controlled" storage space. Its about fourty degrees cooler than an outside model. Instead of it being 140 degrees in my unit, its about 100 degrees. Heres the logics, the air conditioners are very far apart and dont work good enough to cool the entire buildings.... So, when my unit that I pay $110 a month is about 100 feet away from any air conditioner, my unit gets hot and id say above 100 degrees! So, its no big difference; you cant work in both conditions. My unit is completely a waste all summer and miserable to use or try and work inside of.... Its supposed to be cooled down with air conditioning. However, when you look at the thermostat, they have it set @ 85 degrees!!!! So, if 85 degrees is "cool" and great for a person to work in and in fact when you are farther away from the ac units that they work less. So, since Im far away from the air conditioner, I melt and wanna pass out when Im around my storage unit. Thats not cool at all and very much ripping me off! So, using this company youll suffer and pay too suffer! Thats pretty MESSED up!!! When I complain to the management, they say you were outside etc..... Blah blah blah!!! PLUS, THE MAIN BUILDING THAT THE EMPLOYEES LIVE IN AND WORK IN IS MUCH COOLER! THEY SAY ITS NOT AND LIE TO MY FACE. I AM NO IDIOT; THIS PLACE LOVES TREATING YOU LIKE ONE... SO, THIS ENTIRE SUMMER I HAVE SUFFERED AND NOW HAVE TONS OF STUFF I MOVED HERE DURING WINTER MONTHS... THAT WAS THE WORST IDEA I HAVE DONE IN LONG TIME.... THEY FOOLED ME BIG TIME. ALSO, SINCE THE OLD WHITE GUY STOPPED WORKIMG HERE, I HAVE NOTICED THAT THE RUNS ARE DIRTY. I HAVE HAD DIRT AND ROCKS ON MY RUN (FROM SOMEONE ELSE) FOR ALMOST A MONTH. SO, THEY DONT CLEAN ANYMORE SINCE HE TOOK OFF AND RETIRED. THEY JUST STAY IN THE COOL OFFICE... IS THAT BECAUSE MY STORAGE AREA IS TOO HOT FOR ATTENTION OR CLEANING??? HONESTLY, FIND A PLACE WITH BETTER AIR CONDITIONING.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! $110 A MONTH FOR A STORAGE UNIT I CANT USE BECAUSE ITS TOO HOT AND THEY DONT CARE... THEY ARE FAKE AND SMILE LYING TO ME ABOUT WHY IM HOT. YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING ALOT FOR "AIR CONDITIONING" AND YOU JUST RIPP THEM OFF BIG TIME. SHAME ON YOU RIGHT SPACE!!!!!! Tried asking management for a reduced price because Im paying for "an air controlled unit" which in the companies mind is "82 degrees" Im just going to keep it cool and calm and tell everyone that YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING AN AC UNIT with YOUR UNIT BEING "COOL." Its a TOTAL joke when youre paying almost $200/mo for "AIR CLIMATE CONTROL" Go somewhere else and dont even bother getting an AC storage unit, its A RIP OFF! I tried asking for a discount and they of course came back with some "legal words" that would be "used in court." Take your money and your business some where else PEOPLE, Im saving YOU the hassle now, dont be a dud and get dooped into an "AC CLIMATE CONTROL STORAGE UNIT." Youre ONLY paying for an AC HALLWAY!!! What good is that for your belongings!!!

Storage facilities may seem pretty generic, but there are certain features that can really make one stand out -- and this particular Store More! location has them: Cleanliness, Friendliness, Convenience. The hours are fairly standard (open till 7pm) and the in / out tracking is also standard security. There is a great selection of moving supplies for sale at VERY reasonable prices, plus UHAUL rental -- making this pretty much a one-stop-shop. Jennifer is a joy to work with and stepped me through the rental process with ease and smiles. The unit Im renting is on the second floor -- and the elevator access is quick and easy with the supplied carts. The facility is always kept at a comfortable working temperature. Check it out!.

The person who posted about the manager must not know the same manager I know. Tanner was very helpful and kind. He helped me in any way I needed and played no games in his business. We used the truck for free and that was a lifesaver. we had to move from one home to another, and even with that volume all went smooth and well. The prices were the best we could find and the service the best Ive ever had from a storage facility. I would advise anyone needing to use a storage facility should definatly look into Store More on 91st between olive and northern. Neal A.

Make sure you watch your belongings here when loading in and loading out of your unit. There are some shady people hanging around that are just looking for the right opportunity to grab something. The site manager has an elitist, pompous attitude, thinks he is managing a Ritz Carlton. Make sure you and management sign the blank contract they will print out and try give to you so they arent the only party with an executed copy of the contract. Beware if you dont type in your code to can access because the gate is already open they will charge you $50!! no warnings.

I was very thrilled with my experience at Right Space Storage. When I went in, everything I viewed online in the way of pricing was current and up to date. They had an awesome deal going for the first months rent free too! Karina was very nice and walked me through everything with clear explanations. When I was moving in, I had easy access to the elevator and carts, and I had no issues with anything. I will definitely continue to rent here as long as I need, and I will continue to refer them to everyone!

I have often come to RightSpace because they have a variety of different services that I use. They are partnered with USPS so I can ship or mail anything. I also recently moved so I was able to use RightSpace for renting a Uhaul truck and storage unit, it was a one stop shop that had everything I needed. Their staff is also very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices were reasonable and I got one month free storage unit as well! Im a very satisfied customer!

I have to say that we had an opposite experience with Store More and Tanner than the previous reviewer. We needed to pack up and store an entire house on fairly short notice, and not only was Store More easily the best value in the area, but Tanner was helpful, courteous, professional, and he went out of his way numerous times to make a difficult situation as easy as possible. I dont do reviews very often, but our experience there warranted a 3 out of 3.

We recently moved from one storage facility to another and WOW the difference in price, staff, and quality is night and day! Tanner and Linda are very helpful and happy people. Plus they have a post office inside their office! I mailed out my packages and got a storage unit all in the same day! You guys are awesome, thank you so much for the great deal! I WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO ALL MY FRIENDS! They have the best storage facility i have ever seen!
