I rented a Penske Truck here. The gentleman was certainly polite and nice enough but the truck was supposed to be ready at 8:30 a.m. And the crew that I had coming to pack the truck was going to be arriving at 9 a.m.. I did not even Get the truck until after 9:15 because it needed to be fueled up and serviced. So my crew was waiting for 30 minutes while the fluids were topped off and the paperwork was done. I understand that these things take time but it would have been nice if I had been told that I could not pick the truck up until after 9 and then I would not have scheduled my crew to come until 9:30. Great truck though.

Received letter dated February 22, 2016 of notice to increase rent Have only had unit for 3 months , increase will take effect on April 1, 2016 Rent went from $ 65.00 to $80.00 Have called their office in Peoria , left messeges , have NOT received return phone call When I called to make my February payment , was told there is new management , was not informed of rate increase by new manager Have tried to find phone number for home office , there is no number for them Ive never experienced rate increases after only 3 months Will continue to call and leave messages in hopes of someone returning my phone calls

If you are using their Penske truck rental, they may or may not be open on sunday for returns. We had a rental with them that was due back on a Monday morning, but we did not need or want the truck for that long. We selected this location to return to truck because they were open on Sunday and we could turn the truck in then. When we arrived on Sunday at around noon, after calling and verifying hours on their recording are 10a-4p on sunday to find a hand written note on the door that Penske was going to be closed on Sunday. If you have posted set hours, you should be open during those hours.

If I could leave no star I would. Been here for so long and someone broke into my unit and they didnt tell us and then put another lock on the unit. They didnt even notify us. Took everything that we worked for our whole life. They are not secure, they dont have cameras no security this place needs to be shut down.

I really like this storage facility. They are right off the Loop 101 and Grand which makes it perfect for anyone who lives on the west side! They keep their grounds clean and security is never an issue. The on site management team is friendly and always willing to lend a hand! I would absolutely recommend.
