I have used many storage facilities over the years for personal and for business purposes and this is the best by far-there is no comparison. The staff is the best and has always been very friendly, helpful and have gone beyond what I have expected. The facility is immaculately clean, the rest room is always clean and fresh, there is always cold water bottles in the refrigerator. There is even a seating area for you if you just need to take a rest! The most unusual thing is that you drive your vehicle into the air-conditioned area so you can unload without being in the sweltering heat! In Arizona, how great is this!?

A great secure location just one minute off the 101 makes this storage location ideal for locals as well as those traveling to and from work. The air conditioned facility is just what is needed for heat sensitive materials as well as for the people moving their belongings in and out especially in the heat of the summer. I especially want to thank Donna Bodine as well as the other people who have been very helpful in many ways such as receiving UPS and FedEx parcels that they put securely into my storage unit. If you are looking for a temperature controlled, secure spot with a helpful staff this would be it.

Desert Storage gets my vote of confidence as a very happy customer who has sadly grown to learn that many modern "service" providers dont understand, let alone practice, customer service....all they offer is customer dis-service.
