I was in dire need of a couple extra units today! I was greeted by Art. Super nice guy, knowledgeable and very fast! Got me all set up in no time and was able to complete the project i was soo worried about! The facility is always super clean and ill and staff is the best! Ill never choose anywhere else. From day one when I walked in office, I was greeted by Art. He is awesome , dollar self storage should realize this is awesome young man, and deserves the recognition as so. The manager is nice as well. I have never been to a storage that was so clean , thay are exceptional, very textile. Great run place!

Staff does not work with you if you have been late more than 1 time. For a single mother paying everything on my own, I have struggled to pay the storage on time. I ask to remove some fees and they refuse. I have only asked once to remove fees and they did but it was way over a year ago.

Helped a friend move some belongings into their storage unit. I found it clean and accessible with dollies available. The only detractor Im aware of are the limited hours: Mon-Sat 9AM-6PM & Sun 10AM-3PM.

First, the good. The facility is clean, safe and secure. The bad news is that after you move in they are going to raise the rent repeatedly every few months.
