The guy was clueless, plus they make you buy insurance from them(which as far as I know in the state of Az you have to have a license to do so...he wouldnt answer me about one but none were visible hanging up and he was the one making me buy it......even if you have your policy in hand because I have mine digitally loaded but they wont accept that nor let you email it to them. So Im going to call the A.G.s office and report them.

Nice location and a friendly staff, but the only negative thing is the strict hours of operation. 7 am to 7 pm and they up sell you the extended hours from 5am to 10pm. No entry after the closing hours even if youre inside.

Just a horrible place to store your items . Very very high prices manager is super rude just a bad experience..They seem not to care at all about costumers and there items..Would never go back because of the manager!

Give them a 4 ONLY because the need lights in the larger storage units (I have a 10x15). During the winter suns downby 530pm and they close at 7. Other then that good place

Rude guy at the front desk. Wont ever recommend nor would I ever go back. Decent storage if you can get past the horrible customer service.
