My experience at this location was so good the first time that I am now a returning customer! Mike cares about the safety of my property and his property to a great extent. I have no worries of anything ever happening to my property while being stored at Storage West. Mike went over how things operate at his location and it gave me peace of mind to know that he generally cares about his location. Safety and price are important to me and he beat all other prices in the area.He and his wife make my experience so wonderful and provide a safe environment with a friendly and helpful customer experience. I would recommend 10/10.

The facility managers Mike and Gwen are so professional, honest, and personable. They really care about their customers and look out for them. Mike gave me helpful suggestions on packing my boxes, safety tips especially when I sold a few items to Craig List buyers. I had my stuff stored here for 18 months and I knew I was in good hands with Mike and Gwen watching over the property. This location is clearly owned and operated in an optimal manner. My wife and I had separate units at this location; from start to finish Mike met our storage needs and beyond. He allowed us to use his truck and facilitated the exact unit sizes we needed. He was attentive, respectful, and communicated efficiently. We have been going through an eventful time in our lives and so thankful to have been met with Mikes enthusiasm, consideration, and flexibility!

From the first phonecall, Gwen was extremely helpful. She explained their rates and promotions very clearly...she helped me pick out the perfect size unit so I didnt need to spend extra money. Her husband Mike explained the rest, insurance and all that, extremely well. Great folks, I love doing business with people like this! The best folks you could ever meet and do business with! Mike, the facility manager, and his wife Gwen, are concerned about security and they are diligent to keep your belongings safe. I have found that they are willing to help you and work with you for most any circumstance, as long as they are aware of the situation in advance. I highly recommend Mike and his storage facility. I am truly grateful that he met me on a Sunday, a day they are not open for business. In addition, he truly cared on my well being as I traveled hundreds of miles to store my personal belongings at Storage West for just a week.
