After personally visiting several storage facilities in the area, I decided U-Stor was the best value. I was persuaded by several factors. First, U-stor has 24/7 access and the competition has restrictive hours. Second, the people running U-Stor are phenomenal, especially Amy. Amy has the ability to change your day. She knows what she is doing, she cares about what she is doing, she cares about the clients, she is bubbly and enthusiastic to the point of being a force of nature. Third, security is top-notch with individual units having alarms. Fourth, they have online and automatic payments which makes it easy for me to never miss a payment. Fifth, they have pitched roofs that help keep the units cooler. The place is the cleanest of the ones I visited. This says they care. I paid a bit more for the best but U-Stor is worth it.

Feeling a bit unsure about the storage of my belongings; I had so many questions. I had looked online at all my choices. Chose to stop at U-Stor because I initially liked the ease of their website. All my uneasiness of storage was quickly put aside when Amy took the time to answer the many questions I had. I was impressed with the cleanliness and neatness of the facility. I had expected to spend the morning looking at storage facilities but I was so impressed with everything they offered that I decide to save my time and use U-Stor.

Gotcha Covered Roofing

When I went to U Store I was running my roofing company basically out of my garage..... The lady in the office was great, she found me a unit about the size of my garage...... Lol. Now i have Two!!!!! So Im able to manage all of my equipment, lumber, and everday roofing materals. U Store is quiet and easy to get in and out of...... I love it..... I will refer anyone to them, no question!!!!!

Had a great experience with Amy in the office. She answered all of my questions and was so nice and personable to deal with. This is a very thoroughly secured and vigilant storage facility --my father has used them twice before and they came highly recommended. I like the location too, kiddie corner from Sonic and right across from Starbucks!

Moving can be stressful but Amy set my mind at ease that our belongings will be safe and secure until we get settled into our new home. This facility is clean and well maintained. The knowledgeable staff and 24 hour access made this storage the perfect choice.

I have used units here on 2 different occasions while in-between places and I would go back again before I ever checked for availability anywhere else.

If you dont have enough space this is the place. The new managers are a joy to deal with. Super friendly and very professional. Excellent facility with wide drive lanes just off the 51. The 24 hour a day access is a real plus as well. Wouldnt think of renting anywhere else. Thanks a million.

Called them at the last minute needing a storage facility. Amy (manager) was super accommodating on the phone which was why we went in. She had our paperwork nearly complete and was incredibly friendly, organized, and just an overall nice person. I would recommend her facility to anyone!!

Been renting space here for years. Best storage in the area. Rates are good and the 24 hour access is amazing benefit. I always seem to be there "after hours" but I can always access my stuff. My unit is alarmed and they have managers that live on site. Very secure facility!

Ive used U-Stor Self Storage on Greenway on & off for several years. Excellent facility, very clean & great managers. You have 24/7 access to your alarmed unit whenever you need to enter. That in itself is a huge plus for me. I wouldnt rent from anyone else.
