Excellent place to rent from. Very lenient and understanding on the rent if you just tell them ahead of time what is going on and when you can pay it. The manager also found out that my wife and I were having a baby and she gave us a brand new baby changing table and dresser that she did not need anymore and was just going to throw it away to make room. I highly recommend them. She even gave me a rental discount for being a Veteran. Aswell as helping me with more discounts.(Not very many places tell there customers on how too save $ from them which is very nice!) I very much appreciate your patience, understanding and overall help with everything Letty.

I personally have had really good service. The manager and her daughter have worked with us on later payments and also give us great suggestions on how to manage our storage account. Also gave us good ways on how to get discounts and how to save money by rating and reviewing Arizona storage inn. Thank you Leticia for also understanding all of us with our situations. They sure know how to make our lives easier and with less stress.

I had rented at another AZ Storage Inns in North Phoenix. It was a wonderful experience. I moved and felt I wanted to use another AZ Storage Inns. This company is incredible. The Managers at this location are just as nice and helpful as the other....very clean...very friendly and helpful. I will recommend all AZ Storage Inns.

This is the best place Ever to have my storage, Leticia and her daughters are the BEST to work with, they worked with me in way they can so i dont lose my storage, they always keep in contact with me all the time, and send letters and e-mails, they treat me like family, this is the BEST place to have your storage.

So the manager help a lot. but when I went back the young girl was not helpful my mom when in to pay but she needed to go to the ladys room first this girl did Not open the door for my mom until she payed so she can us her own code for the restroom unacceptable and she closes for a lunch break or a smoke break.

this place really knows there stuff I had a reservation for a 5 x 10 unit before I got it the lady there asked me just to see it first to see if I really needed that size I actually need a bigger one I didnt have the bugget for it n she gave me a great deal now I know my stuff is safe here

Went around alot of storage places and did not get 1 good customer service like letty here at tjis location. Shes awesome, works with people, shes friendly and has a good sense of humor. Great customer service skills and is always smiling...i love this place, great environment

The lady at this storage place is amazing she went in to detail of the size she recommends to me and she was on point I had a 3 room house and her last question to me was is it fully furnished I said yes and the 10x15 fit perfectly. she answer every one of them.
