I just called to get a quote the guy who answered was rude as hell! I asked if they had a start up fee, as this is my first time ever getting a storage I have no idea what one would cost. He answeres me with " uhhh well yeah everyone has a start up fee" um well how am I supposed to know? Well then I asked what the fee was and what I had to pay to get the storage. He said " well i dont know! You havent even told me what size you need. The bigger the storage the more it will be" as I tried to tell him what size I needed he just starts talking over me. And asks what I need to store. And I told him I just had a few things. He then tells me (with an attitude) " a couple of things could be a boat, a helicopter ect. I just ended up hanging up on him. Im in a very stressful and hard situation and dont need someone being rude! Im going threw enough as it is. I will definitely be looking else where !

I am a student attending school in Salt Lake from out of state and need a storage unit nearby as traveling back and forth with all my belongings year round is not conceivable. I have been storing my stuff at this location for 1.5 years and plan to continue to do so until my schooling is over. The owners (Carol and John) have been so gracious and always kind. I am so grateful and truly do feel that my belongings are in good hands and secure in the double gated entry and exit system they have. I know there are lots of options for storage units around but as someone who actually switched from a unit just 2 minutes drive down the road from Stor-N-Lock, I have never regretted my decision to switch storage units and have always been treated with kindness and assurance that my belongings are safe. I will most definitely refer anyone in need of a safe and clean and reasonably priced unit!!

I live in Florida now... , but when I was moving it was hard to remember to pay my storage in Utah ON TIME!! ... Carol always helped me out, she goes out of her way to call me and remind me before my payment was late, and I thank her for that ...my biggest pet peeve is paying late fees !! Thanks Carol !!! I went with Stor-N-Lock because it was convenient and had an available storage unit at a price I could afford. Im satisfied with it because they maintain it really well. They called me once because I got a new lock and they noticed it didnt have their security tape on it, so they wanted to know if Id changed it or if someone had broken in and robbed me.

I really appreciate how kind and friendly both John and Carol are when I pay for my storage or whenever I have any concerns or questions. The storage area is always clean and neat. We have never had an issue with any break in or access. We would wish they would provide extended hours access to some that sell items at trade shows - hotrod shows because getting to the storage at regular hours is sometimes difficult with "regular jobs". Nice people.
