Could be a good place. But the old man running the place needs to learn how to talk to people. We went through the gate while it was open to get to our unit following another car. For all he knew we were with that other car. He followed us to our unit and yelled at us telling us "I WILL ESCORT YOU OFF MY PROPERTY OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE" I thought we werent allowed back. I didnt understand why he was so rude. Like maybe we were banned from the place and didnt kno. Im like well we need to get some stuff. And then he said still loud and rude "THEN I WILL ESCORT YOU OFF MY PROPERTY AND YOU CAN PUT THE CODE IN AND COME BACK BUT DONT JUST DRIVE THREW THE GATE" I was like oh well thats all you had to say. And I got threatened again for defending my self and told I wont be allowed in the property if Im going to talk to him like that.... listen here, we help keep you in business so I wouldnt be disrespectful to the people helping you when there are plenty of storage units in slc. Talk to your guest nicely PLEASE.

Had a storage unit at a competitor. It was broken into and we suffered a considerable loss. When authorities were notified and managers on duty were questioned it turned out that they only had ONE camera on property and were unable to determine much of anything from footage. The managers were also VERY stand-off-ish and unpleasant to deal with. Since our initial rental, and subsequent visits to our current rental unit at Store-N-Lock Taylorsville/West Valley, we have had nothing but pleasant experiences. George and Gayle ODell are exceptionally dedicated, professional and refreshing to interact with. We look forward to a long term relationship with both Stor-N-Lock and George and Gayle ODell. This has been a great experience. We havent ever had any troubles with the management except for some confusion on setting up the auto pay, which we had to set up 2 different times. Which it could have been the online set up that didnt make it go through. They managers are very nice and offer water on hot days when we went and moved stuff in. It was nice to have the free truck rental moving thing in as well.

About two years ago I went thru a very difficult divorce and breast cancer. Stor-N-Lock helped me with a free truck and the manager on site knew I had very little money. He bought me a lock and a few other things needed to make my move easier during difficult times. Anytime somebody asks me about self storage I tell them about Stor-N-Lock.

The management was courteous and friendly. They made sure I had everything I needed to transport all my stuff into my 5 x 10 unit. I feel at ease knowing my stuff is watched out for by 24 hour video surveillance. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I have had a wonderful experience so far with Stor-N-Lock. It is near by so I have convenient access to my storage. I love that I can pay online and even have the option of paying for multiple months at once, making it much less stressful.

Very helpful and friendly management. Use of the moving truck was very much a plus. The property was clean and secure. Cant say enough about Vern and Elizabeth and how friendly they were. Would definitely "stor" with them again!

Ive been renting from this site for nearly 10 years. Although there has been a few different managers they have all been easy to work with and the hours are very convenient. I highly recommend this facility for all storage needs.
