The space is very nice and the people working there have been very helpful. Its easy to sign up and the variety of space sizes makes it easy to find the right space for your needs. The hours are good and its easy to get in after hours with my pass code. I especially like it that they have a small rental-type truck on site thats available for first time users. It made moving in the first time much easier. The location is good and even though I live on the east side of the Salt Lake Valley, I chose the Kearns location because it was less per month than the locations nearer my home. Since I only go there once every other month or two, paying less per month to drive a little bit farther sounded like a good trade. Overall I would rate the facility very good.

Cant think of anything positive to say about this place. Ive had a unit there for 2 years now. My rent has gone up more than 40 dollars since I got it. Even though its still the same price for new customers that I originally received. So in other words, they start out cheap to get your business, and then raise your rent because they know you arent just going to easily be able to move your stuff out if you arent happy. Thats ridiculous! And dont be late on a payment. Their late fees are really high. I would have been better off selling my things than paying for them twice by paying so much to store them here.

I recommend this storage facility to anyone and everyone! Pamela the manager is the best! She was so willing to work with me when I had difficulty finding help and a truck to move my things out before my payment was due. Pamela worked it out so I paid nothing extra and had a worry free move out date with no stress. It is rare now days to find kind people who are willing to help you and work with you unless it benefits them financially. Which was not the case here! They actually do care about their customers and our needs. Thank you so much Pamela!!!!!.

Chuck was the reason I decided to get a unit here. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and very professional. I was very impressed by his knowledge and sincerely helpful attitude. He made sure i had everything i needed and made me feel very comfortable storing my stuff there. THAT is why some people prefer face to face business in an electronic world, wow what a treat! Love this place! Unfortunately I have had to move a lot over the years and I use them every time. So simple, quick, and the staff there is awesome! Very good about everything and its month to month. I usually never know how long I am going to need a storage and with them I dont have too! Very pleasant experience every time I use their storages, and I will continue to use them in the future as well. Thanks for making it easy! Misty (:

Solid. This place really made my life easy. When I showed up I realized the space Id reserved wasnt going to fit everything I needed--they switched it in minutes so Id have enough room. Great deal, too, because I got the first month free and the prices were already good. Taking it to 5 stars because the staff was so friendly/helpful and the free truck saved me some $$.

Well, my qife and i arent experienced in renting storage spaces, but the help we rcvd from Christine was great. She went out of her way to make sure our visit was pleasant and she made sure we stayed and rent a storage space without going back to other places we had already visit that day. All and all experience was excellent...

I have had a storage unit at Extra Space storage for three years now and have recently rented a smaller one so I can sort my belongings. I have never had a problem there. Everyone is so friendly. If you have a concern the are quick to rectify it. I would highly recommend them. Rosalind, a satisfied customer.
