I had to get a storage unit on very short notice. It was a very simple process to reserve the size I needed online. When I went in I was helped immediately. The gentleman helping me was efficient and professional. I needed to move all of my stuff into the unit that night,and had some family members to help me do so. They were supposed to be out of the facility by 9 p.m., but we had gotten a late start on moving the items. My family informed me that the two gentlemen working let them stay until 9:30 so that they could finish due to the circumstances. I felt very comfortable leaving my belongs there, and they made the entire stressful process of moving 100% easier. In addition to that there were no move in fees and I made my first payment over the phone in seconds.

$1,000 cash was stolen from my unit. One of the managers (Remy) called me to tell me my unit was "broken into". I got there, I was informed by the other manager (Thomas) that "no one had broken into any units in 5 years". While filing the police report, that was pretty much corroborated by the officer. Nice as they are, Im strongly led to believe that the managers opened my unit (theres no camera on it!) rifled through my stuff, found the $1,000 cash, stole it, then made it look like a "crime" had taken place. Oh........a crime took place all right. And the chief suspects are Remy and Thomas........the 2 guys who live and work there. Makes me sad. They seemed like such nice guys.

Dont know what the problem was with the one guy...I have been very satisfied with the service at your facility. Thomas is the best service provider Ive dealt with. Ive used many storage facilities in Utah, WY, Colorado, AZ, Ohio Tennessee, and never has someone been truly worried about my situation. I lost my wallet and Thomas called to say he found it outside my unit. When I returned to pick it up I noticed that the 1,100.00 I had was not touched. ..asked how much I owe you, he said nothing, I tried to give him a finders fee,and he said no thanks just tell your friends about our place...been doing it ever since. ..again thank you all over there, keep up the good work. Want them to stop raising my rates! Ive had my belongings here for about five years now. Every year they have raised my rates. Cant help but notice all the new land, parking lots, and HUGE electronic sign they have added. While in the older area, where my storage is, I cant even get a light that works next to my unit. The loyal customers shouldnt be the ones paying for all the RV storage, it should be the RV owners. If Storage Plus has to raise everyones rates in order to make improvements, there is a money spending problem.

Unbelievable! I arrive at the road to the facility and find it closed! I was unable to access the office or my storage unit. When I finally receive a call back the manager says they put a message on the marquee? Who looks at the sign when driving down the road? I would expect the management to email or call me to let me know that there would be no access. Try to imagine that! Absolutely ridiculous. Lack of thought or concern for customers.

One of the best storage facilities in Utah. Reasonable prices, decent units with excellent security. I have rented from these guys several times over the past 15 years whenever I had storage needs & they have always been amazing. Office staff is super helpful, friendly & really easy to work with. I honestly would not even think of storing anywhere else.

Thomas is great i have rented there sevwral times and thomas has been the best experience yet i would rent again from him and his staff ecen qhen thomas sees you outside the propertu he says hi. At my job alot of rhe people hide from the customers and i do the same job its not as easy as people think is
