This is by far the most expensive, absurd, un-cooperative storage company I have ever had the disadvantage of working with. No, I did not sign up with Public Storage, the company I was storing my items with sold their location to Public Storage. I have only been contracted under the Public Storage name for 2 months, and I could not get my stuff out and get as far away from this awful company any faster than I did. They instantly charged $30 more per month, I paid a full month ahead, but them moved out by the 6th of the month. Because I paid in advance they refused to refund me.....but if I had not paid in advance, they would have only charged my for the proration of the 6 days. Someone tell me how this is fair??? Then I call in to make the final payment on a friends account that is having dire issues with finances due to premature twins being born and in nicu. They want to charge my $20 dollars to take a payment of $12. All because the individial locations wont take payment by phone......so what you are saying is you are no longer in the business of customer service, so to screw your customers over more, you charge astronomical fees, or force them to take time off of work to drive to the physical location to make a payment. I cannot believe that ANYONE is giving this company anything other than 1 star, or 0 if that were an option. This company should be completely bought out and closed down, lets get the good storage companies more business. ILL NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PUBLIC STORAGE AND WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS/COWORKERS/FAMILY EVER USE THIS THIEVING COMPANY.

Avoid this location. I had a unit here for 3 years and was paying a reasonable price before Public Storage bought out the prior company. In just a few months they jacked up rent on my unit by over $56 bucks. I talked to the staff on duty and it was like talking to a rock, I asked why the increases and he said good luck finding a better rate, if you do not like it move. So as you can imagine, I found a much better rate and moved. For a company that says they strive for 100% customer satisfaction, they sure do not follow up. I complained twice to the corp office-no response. My satisfaction rating is a complete 0%!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR STORAGE NEEDS. Doug is possibly the most unreasonable and grumpy customer service associate I have ever had to deal with. He is the manager, I cant imagine his employees. He acted like dealing with me was very inconvenient. He is also extremely hard to understand. I asked a question about something he had said and he repeated the exact same thing. I asked again and he said the same thing. If I could rate zero stars I would. WORST EXPERIENCE I COULD IMAGINE WITH SOMEONE I WAS PAYING MONEY.

Moving is never fun, that being said the guys at this location (Doug & Chris) made the selection of the appropriate unit and the reservation process a breeze. I would recommend this location and Public storage to all my friends and family. Thank you guys very much for all your help

Doug is probably the worst on site manager. He is rude, unhelpful, and has terrible customer service. All the other employees at this location are great, dezi Barbara Bonnie Sandy are all excellent. Doug sucks.
