The nicest and family oriented staff. They know you by name , have a friendly live in kitty. Secure entry and they actually live on site to protect your rights stuff and they know everything that goes on at night. Gave me huge piece of mind. I have unfortunately had 90% of my belongings in storage the last 2 years and I wouldnt trust my belongings anywhere else they have taken great care of me and I appreciate their dedication. Also amazing prices ....you wont find a better deal on units...trust me I called 40 different places and they helped me get the best size and gave me by far the best deal around. I live in Kaysville and choose to store my belongings all the way down there , because of how great they are!

I rented a unit from Riverside Storage to use as temporarily store my belongings when I decided to move to Oregon as it was cheaper than storage where I was going. They have always been pleasant to work with, and enjoy calling in to make my payments. My mom was recently going through the unit to bring some stuff up to me, and was so impressed with her interactions with the staff and facilities that she also has a unit there now. I keep telling them they need to move up to Portland, but dont think its working...gonna be a sad day when I get around to bringing the last of my things up here.

At the present Im in the process of relocating from Kansas, I have had one problem after another, how ever,, Riverside Storage isnt nor has it been a problem. From the night I pulled in to town until I rented the storage. The people have helped me determine the size storage I needed and the most practical. Very secure and easy to access by car (or Pickup) also a personal access code for entry. I dont think you can find any other storage for the price and quality in Ogden or surrounding area. (I called several other storage facilitys for prices)

I have been with Riverside for two years now, and it started out just as a temporary storage while we looked for a place to live. We were so impressed with the service and the how clean the units were, that when we found a place and needed a smaller unit, we stayed with them. Moving units with them is fast and easy. The management is on site and has helped us on several occasions. They are right off the freeway and getting there is fast. I have referred several people to the units because of the service that I get.

Awesome and kind. Moved in at the end of September, just as an in between before moving into our home. Part of the clause of moving in was having to give 2 weeks notice before vacating. Well, not only did they only charge for the end of September, as opposed to a full month, but when I went to give the 2 weeks for my now vacant unit, they only charged me for the 4 days we have been there this month. That means I paid $10 instead of $70 for the month. These people are fantastic, and the storage units are great.

When looking for a place to store our stuff we needed something with a good location and that was competitively priced. Not only did we get a great price but there is no better location for a unit. Its right off the freeway. They have two places to exit the facility so even with a big vehicle its cake getting in and out. Clean and climate controlled. The guy there has gone above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. I would dare say Riverside Storage is the best place in Weber County to rent a storage unit.

Riverside Storage is conveniently located right next to the 31st Street exit on I-15 in Ogden, Utah. I love how convenient they are to the freeway. They have so many options available to fit your needs including climate controlled units and affordable prices. I absolutely love the security that they offer with 24/7 surveillance, two pass code controlled gates, and on-site management. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

I have rented storage units all over the western United States, Riverside is the cleanest and most secure place I have rented. I have an inside unit and the hallways are very clean, The Buildings are well maintained. The units are clean. The management has been excellent and worked with my family,very helpful. The price is very affordable. Would definitely recommend Riverside Storage to others.

Riverside storage is in a great location - staff/owners are excellent to work with and are willing to help make sure everything meets your satisfaction - Have a unit in climate controlled area and very impressed with how well the area is always maintained, They even met us on a Sunday when we first signed up two years ago and let us move our stuff in - Always very helpful and very reasonably priced

Everything about this place is great. Great location. Super clean units. Climate controlled units. Managers on site. The managers are A+. They are both super helpful, super nice, and go way above to take care of their customers. I have been with them for over 2 years and tell anyone I about how excellent they are. They make you feel like a valued customer.

Ive been a customer of Ogden, Riverside Storage Units since they opened. Very friendly and helpful manager. Secure facility with extended hours for easy access. Rates have not gone up making it one of the most affordable place in town. Units are well builet and clean. I highly recommend these storage units. You wont be disappointed.

One of the best storage facilities in the Weber County area. The managers are extremely friendly, polite, helpful, and very understanding. On one of their days off, I broke the key off in my lock and they still helped me cut the lock off and let me purchase a new one. I wouldnt rent anywhere else. The prices are really competitive also.

Rebel has always bent over backwards for me, has always done everything he can to accomidate me and is ALWAYS super friendly!! I am very confadent that the belongings I have in my shed are safe and they are very easy to work with!!!
