I literally just left from the best experience of my 25 yrs of life. From first storage unit i called this morning till the follow-up phonecall tags Chuck an I had today. Chuck was very kind, generous, sincere, and had a the best hospitality ive experienced with any business. He has pride in his business an pride in creating a welcome enviroment an provided a very quick an painless service for me. He made me feel very comfortable an explained all the small print an ensured I was fully prepared for my transitions. Ensured i had the right storage unit size by asking adequate questions of items being stored. For someone such as myself an my situation he knew from instinct there was a story behind my voice made a huge impact with his assistance today/tonite and offerred me everything I was going to need to move in one location. I never leave reviews...NEVER but one thing i ensured before I left was for Chuck and his business they deserved a five plus plus rating! Will refer to anyone in need of storage.

For the most part Stor-N-Lock has been a great place to keep my things. They have helped keep my personal items safe and every time I have talked with the staff there they are always courteous and friendly. I only have one thing that I wish they were more flexible about and that is their late fee. If you dont have your payment in by the 5th of every month they add on a twenty dollar fee. They are very open about the fee and I understand the fee but since I get paid only twice a month (7th and 22nd) my payment is always late so I have been paying 80 bucks a month for a sixty dollar unit, and they are not flexible on this at all. I highly recommend this place if you have a way to ensure you have you payments in on time.

The minute I walked in just now to get a price on a storage unit and be friendly, the old man and woman had real rude attitudes and made me feel very unwelcome. Really snarky. The woman asked me so you dont want a unit right now, I just said yes I do and well I just came in here for prices and it seems Im already stepping on toes for no apparent reason. Im leaving now. And left. Dont come here, they are assholes!

My experience with this facility today(6/1/17) was wonderful! I am so impressed by the kindness of the employees and their willingness to help me in my time of stress. They could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about how to help me with my needs for a storage unit. I am so grateful that I stumbled upon this company. I will never go anywhere else for storage needs again and highly recommend them.

Customer service is above and beyond. Chuck is fantastic and extremely helpful. He helped my sister-in-law quick and efficiently. I used to rent from these guys in 2013, the service and prices have stayed at the five star Mark the entire time. I would rent from them again and will always recommend them to anyone needing a unit. Well I have gathered all of my proof th ese people have been charging my credit more than agreed price for two years also proof random charges as well do not give them your credit card very dishonest we will be going to court..i only gave them one star to be able to give review and to warn others.. my proof is my credit card statements...

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Security is great. Clean grounds and the units have lights in them which is awesome. Would of given 5 stars if there was more time to access the storage facility. Especially on Sundays where there is only 3hrs from 1-4pm to do so.
