I could not have asked for a better storage experience. Bernice was wonderful. I rented a 10 x 10 storage unit for a few months while I was working out of state. I had an entire 650 square foot apartments worth of stuff to store. With some planning and purging, I was able to fit everything in the storage unit no problem. I arranged for auto-payments and never had to worry about it while I was gone. When I came back to Arizona, I planned on getting a Pod and loading it myself. I asked Bernice if that was going to be a problem to have this shipping container sitting next to my unit for a couple days. She said it would not be a problem at all and to just let her know when they would be dropping it off so she could tell them where to put it so it would not block fire extinguishers, etc. I ended up going with U-Box (a MUCH cheaper option, btw) and towed it in, loaded it up and towed it out myself in the same day. The prices are very reasonable and Bernice was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking into storage units.

DO NOT RENT HERE! After 6 months your rent goes up. Once youre settled in and inconvenienced by another move. But thats not even the worst part. After a couple months we noticed the weather stripping across the top of the door had a couple feet of it missing, broken off. We reported it to the office via phone message. No response. Called again the next week and said, "oh sorry, well have that scheduled. Still not fixed. Fast forward a couple months later. It was raining. Didnt think much of it. Until we open the shed and found water on the ground. Damaged a few items. We reported this to them in person. "Ok, well have someone come out and fix". Guess what? Not fixed. More rain. At least this time we moved stuff away to minimize the damage. Told them AGAIN. They said they would fix. Apparently they did. Guess what? Rain again, and again leaking. And by the way, the weather stripping still not fixed. Never could get it fixed. Moved out of there as soon as possible.

I recently had the occasion to have some items stored at the Public Storage facility in Tempe, AZ. I also had the occasion to visit the facility several times. Each time I visited the storage facility I had contact with Tracy. Tracy was always very professional and helpful. She took the time to go over with me the policy and procedures or the facility. She took every opportunity to help, even when I didn’t realize I needed help. The storage unit itself was clean and dry. Once the storage unit was locked I had confidence that my items would be secure and safe until I returned for them. I removed all of the items from the storage facility on Saturday, December 28, 2013. Again, Tracy made the process easy and trouble-free. Tracy explained what I had to do to terminate the storage contract and how the facility should be left. I’m not sure how the other Public Storage facilities are run, but Tracy is definitely a model that should be copied.

I originally reserved my unit online, and was called the next morning by Heather, the store manager, to confirm all the details. She was very nice and made sure to schedule somebody to be there when I need to come fill out the paperwork. When I arrived, I met Lynn. Lynn is very nice, and excited about her job! She was very helpful in showing me that unit and getting me into the right size. Then when I started moving my stuff and, I realized that I did not have enough room to store all my things, and I would need a larger unit. Heather made sure to make all the necessary arrangements for me to get into a larger unit, at the price I was quoted online. She was very helpful, very kind, and went out of her way to make sure that I had a good experience. I am glad that I was able to find somewhere that I feel secure leaving my things. Thank you Heather and Lynn!

i just dont feel like i received 5 star service.. 1) i filled my reservation out online..it told me the amount to bring in and thats what i brought..i get to the storage unit and im being told that you have to have rental ins. which isnt a big deal..i already have an active policy..but im being told i need to call go over info with my current ins. company and until then im being forced into one of their insurance plans..the second issue was the lock..they were charging $20 for a lock that was never mentioned until we were out looking at the units..i went to walmart and got the same lock they had for $19.99 +tax for $9.87..other than that service was fine

Ive been renting from public Storage for a few months now and I just switched units today and the manager Jennifer is absolutely amazing she is the only reason why I keep renting from Public Storage I will say that its a little more expensive than some of the competitors but because of the customer service I received from Jennifer its worth the money shes prompt always takes care of everything quickly and efficiently she fully explains the contract in detail she just gives you all of the information you need in the way that you can understand and thats why I keep coming back because of Jennifer

Highly recommend this location for storage. Jennifer the manager is great, have utilized many storages over the years but shes been the best to work with. We have a 6 month construction project in the area and chose to store our equipment there nightly rather than drive hours daily to our yard to drop and pickup the equipment. She was also able to give us 24 hr access for our unit because we work late and start very early in the mornings and the price was much better then the regular 24 hr access places I called.

We did not have a great experience with Public Storage in Tempe. It started well- a good price for a huge unit, but every year our price was increased automatically by $20! Plus, they told us if they wanted to they could increase the costs every six months! We had our stuff in storage for about 3 and a half years, so by the end we were paying nearly double of the price we originally signed on to pay. Also, the roof on our unit had leaks and many of our boxes got wet. We were pretty disappointed.

Ive never had any experience with renting a storage unit before, but the girls in the office made it super easy & stress free. Im really greatful for all of the help & info that Rachel & Lynn provided for me to make my first experience as painless as possible. Still not sure if im actually going to be needing to rent a sotrage space, but the staff was so helpful & friendly that this will probably be my first choice if i do end up needing the space.

Public storage 700 W. Warner Rd is the best storage place Ive been to. Not only is the front desk willing to help and fix the problem but theyre also very cheery very helpful very considerate and understanding and will do anything they can to help the customer out in the best way they can. I would recommend the storage public storage because Ive been to a a few and they have by far surpass that of any storage that Ive been to.
