I moved into my unit around the end of August and am currently moving out and I am very pleased with Twain because he just explained things very thoroughly. He didnt sugar coat anything and basically made me understand the whole lock situation. I was previously stressed about the lock thing and wasnt really explained the ability to get a new lock but Twain was very patient with me and explained that basically it is my responsibility to keep the keys buy a new lock and that there is no such thing as a "spare key" on site. When I moved in I wasnt really explained the process and I was told that if something happens they have a key just in case they have to vacate the unit however Twain clarified that and gave me a better understanding of everything. This is great knowledge for the future. If I ever need a storage again Ill probably rent at this property because it just gives me peace of mind that someone actually takes pride in their job and knows their rules and regulations and thats important because then you can educate the customer.

Hi, I’m writing this because I am very impressed and thankful for the professionalism of your employee Melodie Page. She enabled me to get my household moved into the right sized storage locker for the right price and ahead of time. Mel, as she likes to be called, was an immense help in several ways. She was very professional when finding the right locker and getting t me through the rental process very quickly. Yet she explained all the details to my satisfaction so there were no surprises or upsets. Since then if I’ve had any questions about my bill or needed any help with storage she’s been right there. I’m not an expert on renting lockers or packing things into a locker but she definitely is. She helped me several times by advising me on how to put what where in just the right way so when I need to get something out or eventually unpack the locker, it should be a lot easier. Thank you so very much for having her as an employee as I would have been lost without her help. Russ

Today I had to run across town to three different locations, two of them being reservations I never made. After one call to the sales call center, I was made reservations I did not ask for in locations miles from where I initially needed to be. After much frustration, I finally ended up at location 08203 with Alex and Selest. We had intially come here to rent a 10/30 as it was the only unit with the dollat special available. However, they were able to find us a size that accomodated our needs and had the special. Both agents were nice, knowlegable and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this property as they turned a negative experience into a great one. I left with comlpletely satisfied with a smile on my face. Good job guys, youre awesome.

Just have to say that it was actually a pleasant time moving my items into storage at this property. Ive stored at some real crap holes in my day (Never at a Public Storage) and the customer service that the young girl Gabey provided was above and beyond what I was used to. No one wants to spend any more time out in the heat than they have to while moving and on another day while taking more items to the unit, I was greeted by the property manager, Twain who not only cheered up my day with his positive personality but even went as far as to bring us some cool water to quench our thirst. Cant give this place enough praise. Go here if you want to store items with people who truly care.

Both Jessi and Sara are assets for Public Storage. Not only does Jessi run a clean ship she knows what to do and when to do it, does not need to be baby sat while on and off duty. Have seen her back at this location after hours taking care of a problem caused by a renter trying to break in because he did not pay bill and was locked out. Then when Sara is here she follows the policy the same way. We have nothing to worry about when one or the other is here. Both know my name and use it when we see each other, always smiles and a greeting. And I know their names, only second time in over 25 years that I know the managers, all the rest were too good to talk to anyone

What a nice experience Ive had with Twain and his assistant. I was a bit distraught when I mistakenly went to his facility rather than U-haul. My husband had just passed and it was all I could do to get my affairs in order. Mind you, Twain had/has no idea what just occurred in my life. He immediately gave directions to U-haul BUT said he knew he could give me a better price than I was going to pay U-haul. Not only did I get a far better price, the unit I rented was 100 times more convenient than where my unit was located at U-haul. Thank you Twain. I so appreciate your professionalism and your innate kindness. I look forward to working with you.

I have had a storage unit here for several years, and been very pleased with the facility. It is always clean, including the rest room, and the personnel have been courteous and helpful. I recently called about downsizing to another unit, and Jessi returned my voice mail promptly, described what was available, and had all of the paperwork waiting for me to come in and sign the next day. It took several days to clear my stuff out of the old unit, and she occasionally checked with me on her rounds to be certain I was not having any difficulties. Thanks, Jessi, for excellent customer service!

Twain is a pompous, arrogant, typical, lazy, piece of work. Unwilling to help when I was out of the country for work with an extension on my personal belongings being auctioned. I couldnt get his lazy maximus gluteous to print me a statement for what I owed so I could pay my bill. Absolutely the worst "Manager" if you want to call him that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was not given any respect when speaking to this pathetic chump. He took great pleasure in pushing his "Authority" in me. Please.....you dont scare me. Im the one you should be scared of my brotha.

I moved my house to this storage but the A.C. was not working (I am not sure for how long) even though I have been paying extra for the A.C. . Last week, I went to the storage to get my tools for the short film that I was going to make, somehow my belongings were gone and somebody else put their stuff in. I called the 1-800 number. They told me that the office manager will call me in 24 hours. Today a week is over now and no one called me. I dont know where my stuffs are, no one calls me, and they charged me for the new months. How beautiful right. VERY FRUSTRATED - STAY AWAY.

Selest was awesome!!! Paperwork was super easy, and Selest was very informed and transparent on rates, packing tips and whats okay to store in our unit. They had a lock available for purchase which we now own and get to take with us. Best of all our first month was only $1!!!!! We were responsible for a small fee for the lock, admin fees and storage rental insurance. Thank you Selest and Public Storage for such a great experience!!! You have a repeat customer for life- who would highly recommend storing with Public Storage! Much cheaper than other storage units we looked into!
