If I could give this zero stars I would. I just got done helping a freind move and everything was good until about a half hour into leading the truck the employee named Cheryl, who says shes a manager (which I dont believe), decided that she didnt like where the other employee told us to park in the first place. We kept loading because we were only half way done and Cheryl started going nuts. She yelled at us, flipped us off multiple times, and called us 1995ers. This girl doesnt deserve a job anywhere on the face of this earth, so I dont know who in their right mind gave her one as a manager. My friends and I ended up just throwing everything in the truck because she came out every 10 minutes to continue to yell at us. We literally left that place as fast as we can to go into a walmart parking lot to finish loading. Trust me, this place isnt worth the cost savings because of her. Go somewhere else. I will also be filing a formal age discrimination complaint with the district attorneys office for her 1995er comment (even though I was born in 1988).

This place is horrible! With horrendous customer service specially from crazy lady Sheryl who might be a possible drug addict. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I had a storage unit inside the building which was suppose to be cool. I went in one day to my unit and it was like a sauna inside the whole building, some of my things that I had stored where damaged because of it. I asked the staff why it was so hot and when it would be fixed, they said they would fix their cooling problem within 2-3 days. One week later I went to my unit again and it was the same. So I went and complained about it, turns out instead of getting an apology for their unfixed cooling system and lies, they where aggressive and rude about the situation. Crazy lady Sheryl was super aggressive and started rudely yelling at me during my complain. Afterwards I decided to vacate! This place has nothing good about it. Its a s**t hole! For anyone looking for a good place to store their belongings I recommend Garfield Storage on 16th st and Garfield.

First of all, this place should be called "Storage Drama". The lady which I figure by now is named Sheryl judging by other reviewers, is a very rude, impolite, uneducated, biggot who I would not doubt for a minute was under the influence of some type of illegal drug. Or In need of it. She will scream at a fly if it dares to breath. She falsely acused my family and I of using somebody elses code to get in. My family came all the way from Co. to help me and she threw them out when one of them called her out for her stupidity and lack business etiquette. So in other words I had to take out my stuff from the unit within a week of renting it. This place stinks like urine all over, it is dirty and filthy and needs urgent inspection. Do yourself a favor and look for other options. This is not a good place to do business with. It is more of a problem than a solution.

High turn-over of management. Explosive, tense environment. Dusty dirty, unkempt floors, uncontrolled pigeon crap everywhere, poor camera coverage, and incidence of locker break-ins (check crime report stat w/Phx. PD). Corporate leasing monster, "manages" 39 facilities under Arizona Mini Storage Management Co. Waits until hot summer months to increase rates and over-exaggerate fees as much as 50%-75% (negotiable), expects to negotiate, bleeds people in a down economy, and repetitively repeats on what a "Good Deal" youre getting off their corp. price lists. This is shrewd entity that takes advantage of a Hispanic dominated location, which has become co-dependent on their mobility status or lack thereof.

I came into this location to inquire about storage. While there I witnessed a lady named Cheryl who said she was the manager completely lose it on a tenant for parking in the wrong spot. There was no warning or anything just screaming and yelling and racial slurs. I find it hard to believe the owner of this company knows how this lady is running there property. I have been in customer service a long time and this lady is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Someone should require her to take anger management.

Yes this place is hell I had a driver that was diving for and hit a poled on the storage place and I didnt know that he because I was in a another car when I came back to pick up my storage that lady that call a manager was loud call tout of my name told me to get off her place of business that I have to pay her 600 dollars to get my storage please dont rent from they they will fine a reason to kept your storage

"Manager" Cheryl became real irrate when trying to resolve a miscommunication for storage fees saying we were trying to scam her and kept yelling and screaming at us refused to listen and kicked us out the office then said other things as she locked the office door she needs to be FIRED i do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a storage unit

The office staff are always friendly and ready to help. But they got me good once! Someone broke in my locker and they made me pay for the damages and new lock when they charge me extra every month for insurance that shouldve covered that incident. It pays to read the fine print.

Horrible attitude from management towards their customers, very unprofessional and uneducated people with beyond bad customer service! I had to call the cops! Which by the way told me theyre always frequent visitors for the same type of situations with other customers.

I think alot of the negative reviews are B.S. I have rented there for at least 10yrs! (Maybe more) I know Cheryl and have talked to her many times (every month) I think shes very helpful, and polite! I just wouldnt rent to those boneheads! Yeah Cheryl!!!

Expensive.. some rude and nasty staff.. but clean.. security cameras. Your code sometimes doesnt work after 5p.. its suppose to be accessible until 7p. Be careful getting stuck and stuck w an extra bill to come bail you out.

This is a very well secured storage facility with a manager and support staff who are friendly, helpfull and always have a smile for you. I would recommend this facility for short term as well as long term storage solutions.

Great staff. As long as you obey the rules you will have a great experience. I have seen management enforce the rules and when you deal with scum you have to be tough.
