Meh....show you a unit with a light bulb in it...then after you rent you find out they disconnected the electricity to the lights in the units...they had to have working lights to get final approval when they built the place but the cheapos illegally disconnected the electricity aftet getting their certificate of occupancy. They clam that they "dont advertise lights in the units".....DUH....nobody does...but they all have them. for over $1400 per year i think they can give a little on this but no way. Ill be moving my items in just a month or two. Also, all other storage units i have rented, except Public Storage, who are the WORST contribute to keepig the surrounding area clean by having DUMPSTERS! You see, if tenants of storage units dont have a place to throw even swept up crumbs, then they throw it in the area around the storage units. What complete cheapos! Dont do business here!

Our unit burned down in July, 2017. All was lost. So is this a safe place to leave your valuables? You answer that question. Do I have a report of the fire so I can file an insurance claim? No. Do I feel they are in any way helpful in me obtaining that report? No, and the lady that works there appears to be lazy and cranky. Not much luck with the fire department either. Since I am a thousand miles away from Mesa at the moment I cannot go and knock on their door either. I requested a refund for the weeks I had paid for and did not have a unit since everything burned. Any word on that refund? No. Mike probably still has to make the request. Yes, it is called Bargain Storage and that is all you get. So think twice

My first experience at mesa bargain storage was a very pleasant one... I called 1st thing on sat. Feb 2nd and spoke with art...he was very pleasant and informative with the operations of your facility..his information was concise and accurate..later that day i subsequently ended up renting a storage at the facility which was due in part to the hositality that art extended to both myself and my boyfriend cary...he was friendly and helpful and informative with the data on the unit...personally...i feel that our rental tenure with your facility will be nothing short of a pleasant and satisfying affair...we look forward to working with you and thank for all your help art! I relocated to the area and needed a place to store our things and Michael Poole was very understanding of my needs and budget. Very very helpful and forthcoming. We needed to store our moving truck as well. .to save a little gas...and he even let us do that. The storage unit we got was exactly what we needed and fit all of our belongings with room to spare. I highly recommend him and the company. Anything we needed he was there to accommodate us. Very easy to deal with and very professional. Thank you soooo much!

Dealing with Michael was wonderful! I was in a pinch and needed a unit but most storage facility owners in the area werent friendly and easy to work with. Michael was completely the opposite... very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The registration process was simple and he explained very thoroughly how everything worked. The units are clean and the property is well kept. I definitely recommend talking with Mike and renting a storage unit from Mesa Bargain Storage.

1st time caller (today 10/26/2011). Man answered the phone, sounded inconvenienced that the phone rang & he had to answer it. I asked a couple questions about price, unit size, first month discounts & availability. Man got angry and said "lady?!, Im tired a talkin to you! The reason I stay at Mesa Bargain Storage is because of Michael, the manager, who goes out of his way to make sure everyone is comfortable, well informed, and feel safe about leaving our valuables at this facility. The lot is always clean, with no beds or debris from vacated lockers. On more than one occasion he has helped me carry items to the gate that saved me multiple trips back and forth. And in this heat, it is very appreciated. Good lot, good people, easy choice.

We recently moved here from out of state and needed a storage unit, there are many places to go but my family and I are really happy we chose Mesa Bargain Storage. The owner and manager Mike runs a top notch facility, not only is he on site but the place is very secure and we had no worries about everything we own. Central Mesa Bargain Storage is an awesome since moving here 2 years aago. Its location is great in the middle of Mesa as well as having a polite and courteous staff that has more than reasonable prices with promotions that go along with it its not 24 hours but with late axits upon notice to management and their great efforts to keep in touch and keep me up to date this place this place is overall been great.

At first it seemed a bit pricy @$39.99 a month for a 5x10 unit, but informed my of a special they were running They offered when you pay a month, you get the second month free. The management was busy upon my arrival, yet they took the time to open a unit and allow me to unload my belongings, since my ride had to leave, and start storing my stuff before even starting any paperwork.

My wife and I just started renting here- they have a great promo going on so we got 2 months free on a 10x20. Really friendly office staff, clean property that has been newly upgraded. Huge difference from when I had driven by the facility when it was under other management. Have already been recommending them to a few people, if you need storage definitely check this place out.
