Well in the beginning everything was fine because the staff members want you to give them a 5 star review. But after being there for awhile, you start to notice how filthy the grounds are. The staff would go around each storage unit and place a promotional sticker on everyones lock but not even bother to sweep up the trash in the passageways. I always noticed the same pieces of trash near my storage unit for a week. Also I killed 2 scorpions, ants and roaches. So the storage facility is pest friendly if you know what I mean. The worst part was the people that were right next to my unit. They were always inconsiderate by having their belongings in front of mine all laid out and everytime I would go to my storage unit, I would have to wait for them to move their stuff out of my way. I would not recommend this storage company. A lot of junkies and low lifes rent on this property and you may have to worry about your own property as well as the pest.

Al at Extra Space Storage was a breath of fresh air. When moving and dealing with the stress of that experience, walking into a nice clean and friendly lobby and being greeted by a very friendly staff member of Extra Space was a relief. I like the presentation of the unit with a quick drive over on the golf cart. And then I like the ease of the presentation of the contract on the computer and the emailing version of the contract. He was very accommodating and I appreciated his professionalism and personable demeanor. The storage facility is very clean and I have no worries storing my items there. I would recommend anyone to trust Extra Space for their needs. Thank you Al! Kim.

I have rented a storage unit from this property for about years. I have seen nothing but professional attitude and have been treated really fairly. The property is clean and the staff is super nice. Ive rented at other properties owned by extra space as well and Ive always had good experiences with all the staff and with my experience in general. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anybody. Sergio, the manager at the property that I rent from currently, always waves and says hello. I feel like he likes seeing is coming to the storage unit and is very pleasant to talk to. My four-year-old daughter even likes him. That means a lot in my book.

I came in a few minutes before closing, which most everyone knows is not pleasant. Sergio was the only one on staff, and he was awesome. Great attitude, professional, treated my husband and i not only like a customer, but a friend. Units are drive up, which i love. and the first month is free, who doesnt love free? 30 bucks later for a one time fee, and insurance, i am grateful for him staying so late, and ready to move!

When I was in need of storage at the last minite, Sergio was very accommodating by taking the time to open various storage lockers for me. He helped me to find just the right one. One that would help me best. I thought Sergio to friendly yet still remain professional. Sergio is very Polite and courteous while going over paperwork. I will recommend Extra Space Storage to everyone! The prices arent too bad either!!

My experience with Extra Space Storage was excellent. I read the reviews online and watched the videos of what type of storage space I wanted and it was exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was excellent and I was treated very well the whole time. I can also tell that they keep the property up and have it very secure. The manager at this Extra Storage Space,facility is Anthony and he is always, professional, knowelegable,courteous and willingly going the extra mile. When I needed a larger unit, he volunteered to help me move my things out of the smaller unit into the larger one. Hes been a delight to work with and his customer service is memorable.

Walked into a friendly atmosphere and clean office where we meet an exceptional employee named Sergio. They didnt have units that fit what I needed so he contacted a sister property and got me a great price and even bigger storage than I would have settled for! Great service and great employee! We will definitely be back!

Had great experience Sergio helped me find my storage needs promptly and helped me contact my insurance provider to assure all my belongings had protection. They have closed circuit cameras and easy access to all the bays. I recommend them over UHAUL any day. Their rates are better as well. Thank you again Sergio.
