The storage units are nice and OK for the price; however their maintenance is horrible...I just went to my unit and found that they pushed all the snow from the roads against all of the units, putting over two feet of snow and ice in front of the door. The reason that we have storage is to get access to our things and pushing all of the snow in front of the doors so we cant get in is a just lazy...not to mention the snow plow pushed all of the snow in front of the gate code so you have to get out and walk through the snow to get out....why cant the person doing maintenance think before he does things, and do his job right the first time instead of just trying to get it done quickly.

Be careful, theyll change the price of your units with no notice!! I have 3 units at Highland Hideaway Storage. I was given a discount for having multiple units and the discount was the deciding factor when choosing which facility to store our belongings at. All of a sudden im being charged $400/mo instead of $300/mo. I called to find out what happened and they said when they did their annual increase in rates, they also took away my 20% multi-unit discount. WHAT?? Renter beware!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Problem solvers to the max! I rented a large unit I thought I could back my trailer into...well I couldnt they went above and beyond to get me in a bigger unit. Scheduled my move out date and the WILL PRORATE!!!!! I hope I never need a storage facility again as moving is the pits, but if I do I will go out of my way to use them. Tell all your friends and family, Highland Hideaway gets 10 stars from me.

I was moving some things and this young lady who works their isadora christiansen ask me if the things sitting at this wall was mine I said no and proceeded to ask me if she could do anything for me I said no thank you anyway very nice

Gave great explanation of their site including deals, pest control, storage sizes and what items can/cannot be stored. I was greeted with a smile and my questions were answered. I’m excited to lease a unit a Highland Hideaway Storage!

It is the perfect Storage facilty.They great service and are close to Highland, Alpine, Cedar Hills, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Orem, Draper. They have state of the art Security. I am so happy with my choice!!!
