Talk about awesome! I flat out goofed - I cleaned out my unit on Sunday July 26th, and meant to stop by that week to turn in the unit by July 31. I just plain forgot until I received a reminder email about my late payment for August (on August 5th!) I had a prior experience with a storage place in Florida and they were sticklers on "sufficient notice to vacate" and I ended up paying an extra months rent for an empty unit. So I was fully prepared to admit my mistake and pay for August with the folks at Gilbert Storage. Much to my surprise (and good fortune), they did not have anyone waiting for the unit, so they forgave my mistake and did not bill me for the extra month, even though I ran a few days long. This is how small businesses will succeed - great customer service and a willingness to work with their customers. We will be repeat customers every time we need some extra storage and will tell all of our friends and family about the extremely positive experience we had with these great people. All storage units are pretty much the same, it is competitive pricing and customer service that makes one place stand out over another, and Gilbert Self Storage definitely stands out.

Too easy and too nice. Everything I asked for was "no Problem". Very friendly service, I felt like I was dealing with long time friends. Great start up specials for everyone and even better ones for our military who are serving. They also extended the gate hours for me for a couple of days so that I could move all my stuff in and gave me a free lock..... oh and a cookie! :-) The facility is large and clean with storage units in all sizes. Very impressed and will be recommending them to all my coworkers and friends.

I honestly have no clue how anyone could leave a bad review with this place. The family who runs it might be the nicest people Ive ever met. Offered me a drink and fresh cookies and were as helpful as can be. Highly recommend, and as far as the bad reviews Im going to be guessing they didnt pay their bill or couldnt afford what they wanted so they decided to take a cheap shot online. Ive had several storage units and this is by far the cleanest and in the best area.

My non-profit organization used this storage facility for around 2 years while we were at a shared co-working space when we were in-between offices. Allan and Kathy are so kind and helpful and we had such a wonderful experience. Our unit was clean, affordable, large, and easy to access. We had no issues whatsoever and would highly recommend Gilbert Self Storage to anyone who is in need of storage, whether temporary or long-term.

The staff at the facility was extremely informative and helpful. I was in a bind between homes and was set up with a storage unit to get me through this difficult time. I will definitely use them again. The facility was clean, secure, and well monitored. A nice touch was the staff cleaned and sprayed my new unit for bugs before we even placed anything in them. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent, excellent customer service!!!! The storage unit was ready and very clean as promised. Gilbert Self Storage is very conveniently located on Williams Field and Val Vista. The storage unit can be accessed from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., seven days per week. Most importantly, it was clear from visiting this storage facility and speaking with the management that security is taken very seriously.

Been here for many years, but reciently things were changing to where it was no longer convient, could not pay on line any longer and rising prices under the old management. I was going to leave. After meeting Steve and voicing my concerns Steve handled it in an extremely professional way. I plan on staying for many more years. The cookies arnt bad either.

This place is great when it comes to storage and customer service. I was welcomed right away with a cold bottle of water and fresh baked cookies. They have a great selection of units to choose from if you need something small or large at very low prices. I would strongly suggest using this place for any storage needs to anyone I know!!! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the storage sheds and how accommodating the owners were. From free water when we were unpacking our truck in 100 degree heat to allowing us flexibility in moving our items, Allan and Kathy were wonderful and lessened the stress of moving for us. Thank you! Staff is nice, easy access, but hours are awful (7am-7pm), and very expensive for RV storage. Additionally, rates have gone up significantly in the past year. Other RV storage sites offers free RV dump, or wash, or both. (and can be called on after hours if problems arise). Its just the space here, and very tight hours.

The young man, Gil, if I remember his name correctly, was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. You should be very proud of this employee. He is the main reason we chose Arizona Storage Centers. Most people Ive came across over the years are a bit lazy but Gil was just outstanding. You are lucky to have him.

The older couple and the woman in (im guessing) her late 30s were very nice, they try to find out what exactly your storage needs are so they can give u the best deal, they got us a 3 month special, NOT a lot of fine print, very accomadating. And me and my 2 year old love the fresh baked cookies they put out!!

The couple that runs the place is super nice and helpful. I had a reading fail on their website and thought the price would be lower and they offered to check into to see what they could do. Units are nice and easily accessible. Good place to store your stuff!
