This past March was a tremendous time in my life in which I left active duty. My wife and I came from the west Valley to the east side and had to downsize quite a bit. So, the big question of where do I put all this extra stuff came to mind. My wife had nothing but praise for Uncle Bobs, being a previous customer years ago, so I gave it a shot. Ill admit I was sincerely skeptical about the whole thing but all that was admonished when I stepped through the door at the property. I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect by the store manager Josh. He put to past all the concerns I had about my belongings being safe and secure. I would go as far as to give Uncle Bobs 10 stars if possible but alas, 5 will have to do. You can be sure that you can expect nothing but the best when dealing with Josh in terms of customer service and keeping your items of value safe as if they were his own. Uncle Bobs and Josh for that matter restored my faith in humanity...something I have long thought lost.

For more than a year our Redbox team has been located at the Bobs Storage location at 375 E. Elliott Rd in Gilbert Arizona. During that time we have enjoyed the congenial attitude of the management and staff. The facilities are maintained in a neat clean and organized manner. Any requests we make for assistance are met with an optimistic and accommodating manner. We are not always at the facility; in our absence important parcels are received by the manager and securely held for us or taken to our storage unit. We have been made to feel that we are important to the Uncle Bobs organization and want to thank them for the continued professional and courteous treatment we receive.

Pricilla the manager is outstanding. I moved from Manhattan to Phoenix area and she not only help organize my move but went above and beyond and checked in all my inventory when it was dropped off as I was not in town yet. The unit was clean, safe and cool (climate controlled) and the location was convenient and safe. Thank you Pricilla and her staff for outstanding service. I have now used Uncle Bobs in three different states and two cross country moves and have never been disappointed! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. The company is family owned, professional and friendly in all the locations I have used them. Thank you Uncel Bobs!

I was absolutely taken care from the moment that I walked in the door to the moment that I finish locking up my unit. The staff is absolutely polite and I enjoyed every moment out of my interacting with them. I have stored in other units around town and Uncle Bobs self-storage is the best of come acrossed. At first I thought it might be hard to get to my belongings but they have even made accomodation for my late night storage access needs. No red tape. Just straight-up good customer service and honest dealings in business. My highest regards to the management. A true five-star business.

I am a mover and can tell you the difference between a well run storage facility and, lets just say, one that is not. The staff at Uncle Bobs in Gilbert is customer service oriented and they take great care of their facilities with regard to cleanliness, maintaining the facilities, and security. Every time I have been there the staff know whats going with their customers and are looking out for their best interest. In addition their rates are very competitive.......I would recommend them hands down to anyone who needs storage!

I think that great customer service should be noticed so I am shouting to the world the great service I received over at Uncle Bobs. Priscilla I guess just transferred over here so she wasnt exactly sure where everything was but she showed me 5 different spaces before we picked one that would work perfect for us. They must be doing something right because she answered all my questions before I could even ask them. And a free truck.... Yep this is home for us. I will always choose Uncle Bobs for my storing needs.

I have to share my great experience I had at this place. I am a first time storer and Priscilla and Lauren really took time to not just show me eight different rooms they explained the real difference of why I made the right choice with them. Honestly Priscilla was even a little to over the top to show me that she really wanted my business. They got me all set up and I got a free truck!!!!!! Cant beat that type of service for any cheaper price. Trust me you will have a GREAT experience.

I was looking around the area for a storage unit and stumbled upon Life Storage. One of the employees named Victor gave me some quotes on the storage units that they have and he showed me around the property. I actually found the kind of unit that I was looking for. I must say that the ac units are one of the cleanest that I have seen around. I really recommend this location for anyone that is looking for great prices and great services. Awesome customer service.

I went searching for a place to store some things. I went to a couple of places and the price was pretty much the same anywhere I looked. I was driving down Elliott rd and stumbled across Uncle Bobs. I went it in and Josh and Priscilla had given me the best greeting out of everyone. They then assisted me into a 5x10. I didnt care about the price. I cared about customer service the whole time. Josh and Priscilla, I know will provide that 110% of the time.

Ive had a great experience renting at this Gilbert Uncle Bobs. I have been pleasantly surprised at the hi-level of customer service I have received from all the staff. Ive rented other places where the staff seemed to not enjoy their job and were grumpy most of the time! Not here, everyone is upbeat and happy and really seem to enjoy what they are doing and have always offered up great customer service. Thank you, its appreciated!

Great Storage Facility & Friendly Staff! Lauren was so informative and helpful and had the answers to any questions I threw at her. The grounds were very clean and neat in appearance. I have seen a few storage facitlities before checking this one out...and this one by far is on the top of my list! They have made me a lifetime member of Uncle Bobs in Gilbert! I moved down here from Kentucky and priscilla and josh were amazing. We had a pod delivered to their property and they let us unload over a few days. They called me to remind me when my bill was due so I didnt get a late cost. I have been very happy from the phone call up until now and im sure I will going forward. Anyone who wants great people to deal with and a clean quality place will rent here!

For over 5 years now we have had a Unit with Uncle Bobs. The entire staff was always helpful, pleasant and made us feel like one of the family. Only reason we are leaving is we are "attempting to downsize" and that means getting rid of a lot of items that havent been used in years.
