Right space storage has the cheapest prices in town. The staff at right space is A plus. But unfortunately their buildings they are not airtight. Wind blows sand and dirt, all kinds of stuff into storage unit. For a very short term storage its great. Long-term storage you are going to have a mess on your hands when you unpack it. And if you leave in the middle of them you dont get the money back that you paid for that month. And they charge you to switch units. I went for me template 10 two 5 x 10 and they charged me to move.

Completely rude customer service, called to make a payment and asked if there was any way they could help out because I made payment a little late. Nope completely cut me off and kept asking ok I am ready for your credit card number.. no way I am authorized to do it... Mind you have never been late on a payment before first time and he was so rude about it. There is a proper and professional way to say no. So next time I will ask to speak to someone else NOT LANCE!

they took money out of my bank for payment with out my permission . i gave my 10day notice and they charged me anyway,causing me to be over drawn.manager did not care about the problems i was having ,like overdraft fees and my credit. Do not give them your bank card for payment,they messed up and act like its your falt use a different storage co.,or beware this could happen to you.

I was on prepay a couple years and gave notice I would be leaving before my time ran out. I was told I would be refunded the amount I did not use. After waiting a couple months I contacted the company and was told they will look into it. Two months later I tired again, same response. Now six months from leaving no refund.

Very easy to do business with. They are in my neighbourhood. I rented a unit from them for about 6 months. If I could, I would have my kids take their stuff from my garage and place it in a unit at Freedom Storage. I know Kandi will give my kids a deal!

I love the attitude of the efficient, friendly and most helpful staff here in Mesa! (east) I would definitely recommend and use this storage facility again . RightSpace Storage has great rates, as well.

Freedom Storage in Mesa has a wonderful, friendly staff. Moving and storing is such a stressful time. Its nice to have friendly people helping you out and making the process as easy as possible.
