Nov 11 2015. Been a tenant here off and on over a 10 year period. Up until about a year ago when new management took over I was very happy. In the last year since new management has taken over the courtesy of staff has gone out the window. Went into my unit for a few items this morning and found lots of Rat droppings so I moved everything out and went into the office to discuss the issue and was informed that they do not give a refund for any reason even in I only occupied the unit a few days in the month and moved out due to uncleanness. The man I spoke with never even apologized for the inconvenience. His exact words were "well we use a pest service". He wouldnt even get off his butt to go look at the problem or take a look at the picture I had taken. Sent the cleaner out to sweep it up and that was it. We ran into the cleaner leaving and he apologized. Very disappointed that management didnt care one bit. They have lost a good long time tenant. Ill never be back. Shame :/

We rented a very large storage room for two months and received professional service from the two folks that we talked to on several occasions. Their security systems were definitely better that I expected. The contract was easy to understand and very reasonable. Discounts were available for the room that we selected and we were very satisfied with all the services that were provided, including the invoice by e-mail. The free moving van that was available was definitely a deciding factor for us to rent here.

Was charged for a lock I didnt need, she wasnt able to return it, so she said that I would be credit the following month. When the following month came, wasnt credited anything. So had to call again & ask for a credit and she said that it wouldnt be possible so itll have to be yet a other month. I dont know, I give up Im out of here before being charged for the first month & will file a claim with my bank. Wasnt even shown to my unit either other customers were more important.

I have been a renter at Store More in Queen Creek for 1.5 years currently and I was a renter for a year several years earlier! I was so impressed with how clean it is, how safe I feel keeping my belongings there and how friendly the staff is. After my wonderful first experience I came back this second time with out even looking at another storage center. I am hooked and I have referred several friends. If you are looking for a storage center look no further this is the place!

Ive had a wonderful time storing my belongings at this place I have not had any bad runins with the property manager or with the company itself. Right space storage has given me the convenience of sleeping at night and not worrying about my Belongings, and a convenience of going and being able to have access to my belongings Is a real nice to have. I would Recommend right space storage to all of my family and friends .

Rude office staff and this place charges a significant amount more than most other storage facilities in the area. And if you need a unit for a business with 24/7 access you wont get it here they say that the gate locks at 9pm and thats that. I would highly recommend that you go to any other storage facility than RIGHT SPACE STORAGE!!!!!!!!!

I had to get a couple of storage units when I moved out of state. The storage facility is clean and well secured. I felt confident leaving my stuff there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed about the rates going up after new ownership, however overall was a good place to store my belongings.

We love the location and the great customer service. I feel safe and secure when there and that my storage is safe when I am not. Very clean. I started storing Christmas gifts there now I am there full time. They even have a truck for you to use so move your stuff in!!!! if you need storage this is the place!!

Our experience with RightSpace Storage was great! The unit was clean and had easy access. Having air conditioning was a huge plus. The carts that are available inside the units made moving heavy items much easier!
