So I wish I could give this review more than 1 star. They close at 6 I was in the parking lot at 3 to find out they decided to take an hour lunch. So when they opened up at 4 there was 6 customers, two of which they needed storage contract set up. They also fail to tell you have to provide storge insurance. O you didnt know well they offer there own renters insurance. There are hidden fees through out the contract you sign. So the FREE one month you get, well you pay for it. After one long wait and going through all the BS, I go out to get to the gate. O he forgot to give me the gate code. So I got back in line and wait for the code. Then when I got to the storage unit, o they have there lock on it, I had to wait for them to show up to take there lock off, this is after the gentleman waited on all the other customers. So by now Im not impressed with any of the service. Who takes an hour lunch 2 hours before you close. Hey the one nice thing its a brand new Storage unit . Plan on paying for hidden fee. O the insurance you have no choice while your there. They conveniently have there own to offer you. More $ in here to pocket awesome. Poor management but brand new building so they get 1 star. Im sure your experience will be better at least I sure hope so.

Clean and secure facility, which is a must for us. Also, is very close to our home, another plus. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, a great to work with. We have used other storage facilities, in the past, and have found that the spaces are too narrow. This meant that inconsiderate and careless, adjoining lot owners used our vehicles to step on, crawl over and damage to access their own. The absolute best reason for StoreQuest: The spaces here are a bit wider leaving us feeling assured that our possessions are not in jeopardy of damage by inconsiderate, adjoining renters.

After I moved to San Tan Valley, I still had a space in a storage facility in Apache Junction. I wanted a new facility close to my new home. I found that StorQuest, just a hop, skip, and jump from my home was going to open a new facility on Hunt Highway. As soon as they were open, I was in their office renting a space. The staff, although harried and working out the normal pitfalls associated with opening a new facility, was cheerful, helpful, and courteous. I immediately found an available space that was clean and accessible. I signed up and have happy ever since.

At the time, I needed a storage unit. I walked into the site and the Manager Amy, was awesome. She took the time to show me the different units available and the locations. She explained that their security is top notch and even explained they have someone living on site to protect the customers interests. That had me sold. Amy was so helpful and I do recommend any dealings with her. Thank you Amy, for making everything go smooth and making me feel like a valued customer. R

Great facility! Honestly I think this place is amazing. I wouldnt say that just to say that. They didnt raise my storage rate like UHAUL did; not to mention, theyre prices are much more reasonable. I saved at least half of what UHAUL had been charging me. I also moved and their move out process was easy peasy. One last thing, they have great customer service both by phone and in person. Id definitely use them again if I ever need a storage unit. Thank you guys!

Let me first say that the staff are super friendly and very eager to help you answer your questions and assist you in making the correct option for your needs! I first stopped in to this location to get an idea of rates, super attentive and very helpful. I later called back to change my reservation and again I was super pleased with the help. Few days later I walked in and rented a unit! A very pleasant experience. The facilities are wonderful and very clean!

To begin with, Amy and Amanda are totally awesome and very excellent to work with. The storage facility is new and clean and very user friendly. In the past, my experience with storage facilities has been frustrating at best. I highly recommend StorQuest for all your storage needs! It almost makes me want to buy more crap, just to store!!

Very easy to work with Amanda, who helped us get the right storage unit for our needs. We are only temporarily using a storage unit to move but it sells by a month by month basis. The internet rates are great with the first month being $1. Definitely take advantage of it if its still around.

I was looking for a covered RV space, which is pretty hard to find in Arizona. This facility is new, clean, and staffed with very accommodating employees. Amanda and Amy were very helpful in letting me select the spot for my RV, as well as in explaining the companys policies and agreement.

The staff (Amy and Amanda) at the storage facility was outstanding, they worked hard to save me money on my storage and held the units I needed until I got there from out of state. The storage units were very clean. Highly recommend storquest in queen creek.

This is the best storage facility I have ever used, I have used several. Amanda and David are just GREAT!!! This facility is clean and the climate control spaces are kept so cool. We love them and recommend that if looking for a storage unit this is it.

Had some crediting issues in the beginning with their training manager Tammy but new manager Amy is the best thing to happen to storquest! Shes been really sweet and beyond a pleasure to deal with. Everything is new here and the security is great!

Awesome staff, made it simple to get done what we needed to get done! Clean place, love the fact they provide carts & have music & a/c at night! the ONLY thing I would change is put some fish-eye corner mirrors so there arent any cart crashes.

Friendly staff who are on site 24/7, everything is on camera 24/7 and they offer a grace period for payment. Always friendly and professional! And $25 referral for both the new unit being rented and the person referring.

Just what the area needed. The staff are awesome. So friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Top of my list after security is cleanliness. That alone is 5 stars. I will be using them for all my storage needs.
