When I was forced to re-locate, I had a whole 2 days in which to get it done. I called on a Sun. afternoon expecting to get only an answering service. After I explained my situation, the gentleman asked me to hold on and transferred me to one of the on site managers, who was more than happy to answer my questions and let me come in to secure the rental that day! I dont know if that is common practice on a Sunday. But what I do know is, Kris made my "bad situation" a little better that day and I wouldnt think of using any other facility. The property is very well maintained, very secure and the Staff has always been very accommodating and are genuinely concerned with providing great customer service. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

First I have to say Kris and her husband are the NICEST PEOPLE EVER!! They get 5 stars all the way!! The company storquest itself raised prices seeming like every month! Unfortunately we stored my 3 bedroom house there way before it was Storquest and the price hardly ever went up!! When they took over just about $200 per MONTH! So if you want to deal with the Nicest People and money is no object then go to storquest!

I have rented with many storage facilities, this one is by far the best. We were in a time crunch, the homebase and the facility we rent at worked together to make sure we got what we needed. Never experienced a bigger location like this so ready and willing to go the extra distance for a client. The facility is well secured and they arent lenient, which can be time consuming sometimes, but so worth the peace of mind.

Five stars! Excellent introduction to getting trailer storage space. Mgr Chris Hall was very courteous and helpful with the paper work to set up an account. We are senior citizens and first time RV owners. Chris very helpful to explain how to unhitch the trailer in our rented spot. Very clean and nice place to store our new travel trailer. I paid a Premium price for a space of poor Quality with another Storage location. When I moved into this area, I stopped in and the management treated me not as an account number but as a partner. I think they genuinely have an interest in creating a good experience for all of their customers. Prices are very competetive with the bigger lots, but I prefer the personal approach!!!

I was told it was $1 for the first month, turns out, it was over $30. the manager there was rude, she had absolutely no business being in customer service. then I was told that she could pre rate the final month because I only had things in there for the forst 4 days....that costed us over $75. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone else nor would I ever use it again.

When I failed to respond to notices that proof of insurance was required or an additional charge would be applied, the wonderful manager went the extra mile and called me. I have changed my email address And have not updated it, Sent emails were not being delivered to me. I really appreciate the extra effort That the manager took. Thank you so much.

I would have to say Watchful Eye Self Storage is by far the best facility in the area. I have had a unit there for over 10 years and counting. Thank you - Jim and Kris for providing a very clean and secure place to store my belongings without any worries. I definitely recommend and appreciate their friendly and professional customer service.

The store manager, Kris Hall, was very nice, explained everything to me clearly and in detail, answered my questions and even took the time to drive me to our RV parking spot showing me the best way to access it with the size trailer well be storing there. The whole process went very quickly too.

The management can not be held responsible for the inadequacies of corporate! I have waited 3 months for a garage door seal. when the grounds keepers blow debris from the driveway areas, all the debris end up in your storage and on your belongings. My things in the front of the door are filthy!.
