Overall a good place but had a very bad customer service experience today. Storing RV there for my parents and live in the midwest. He assured us that he would send an invoice via email and took the email the day we opened our account. About a month later my mom did not receive an invoice so she had to call them in order to get the billing information and find out about the email invoice. He then sent the email invoice and my mom dropped a check in the mail. I was meeting a person there to show the RV for sale and my code was deactivated the he would not let me in even though the person came from out of town to see the unit. I understand not allowing access if legitimately overdue but when it is your fault for not sending an invoice as promised and considering the circumstances - very poor customer service and bad business practices.

Ive used this storage facility for 19 months now and I love it. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful (and they arent pushy salesmen like the other storage facilities I looked into). They have flat-bed dollies and carts to help you move things in and out and the hallways are wide enough to maneuver around in. It is indoors though not truly climate controlled, but I like that everything stays clean and safe. :)

5 out of 5. I just signed a lease last week and was welcomed with a very personal manager, Micheal will tell you the nitty gritty and make sure everything is clear. My unit I preserved was ready for me and very clean, this is a reliable business and their prices beat the others in my opinion.

These people are the best. I would never store my stuff anywhere else. Extremely helpful and knowledgable. And they are always kind and sweet whenever an issue arises. And the facilities are always clean and they do best to keep a constant temperature even in the hottest months.

Weve used this facility since the 1980s & have been satisfied each time. The current management is friendly & helpful, the facility is clean & bug free, & I feel safe even when I am there alone. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Great place to store your stuff. But they need to post correct time. Sign next to door says 8am vut Facebook page says 9am.
