Hello everyone i usually i dont take the time to do reviews just because im so busy but i could not pass this one up i went in to Storquest knowing nothing about storage units not to mention its something i didnt want to do at all because it is for a loved one who just passed away. A young woman named Holly started helping me and i couldnt believe she actually made me smile and got right down to the bottom of what size storage i would need for the amount of stuff i had and decent prices i could work with by the time i was leaving the store i could tell not only was Holly absolutely beautiful but extremely intelligent and knew her stuff Thank so much for the help i appreciate it and i well definitely be recommending to all my friends and family

My name is DeJon and i honestly tell you Holly is such a caring, diligent and truly does all she can to accommodate you with ,your storage, any problems or concerns you may have along the way. I highly recommend anyone to store their extra belongings with Holly and the beautiful staff at Storquest!!! ! The whole area is clean and all the units are in great shape!! The entire grounds are gated and the entire area is monitored!! My belongings were protected the entire time i was with them. If i need storage again this is where Ill be ☺ Thank You Holly and staff for doing all youve done!!!

This place is awful do not under any circumstances use them, when my wife and i tried them they seemed fine at first but the trouble was when we moved out. Everything seemed fine at first but then a few weeks after we moved out we received a notice in the mail that we still owed them for December even though we moved out on December 2 and the guy refused any money, and now we recently got a second notice that our stuff will be sold off. Well i hope that they have good luck selling a pile of dust because that is all that is left in the storage locker.

Rainy Day

This storage location in Tucson is very clean and feels safe, with exceptional customer service! Holly and Vida are both extremely helpful and friendly, and during business hours (7 days/week) you can access additional resources to facilitate moving items in and out of storage. I appreciate that there is monitored video surveilance on site and I also like that there is an option to donate unneeded items to charity onsite. This is by far the best service and management I have experienced with a storage business. Thank you!

I have been renting storage space for my business at Foothills Storage for several years. They have excellent customer service and are very friendly and helpful, and have been willing to accommodate my special needs for my business whenever they can. They keep the facilities and roads well maintained. Their location is great for me being only minutes from my house in Northwest Loveland. I highly recommend them to any one with storage needs. I have been a repeat customer of Foothills for a while (I flip houses in my spare time and am constantly moving), and they have always treated me very well. I was worried when the old Managers retired and the new Managers were brought it, but they have been awesome. I needed a few extra days when vacating and they worked with me to make sure I wasnt charged the full month. Ill definitely be back once I get THIS house flipped.

Best place to store all your stuff no matter what it is!!! They got top notch security that patrol after hours so you know ypur stuff will be safe!! Very clean place .very well kept up at thanks to the wonderful people who work there ask for holly shes super nice and helpful and willing to work with all people of all back grounds! Recommend tbis place over all other places!!!!

The facility is so nice, clean and well kept. The staff Holly and Vida have always been extremely helpful. Perfect experience and definitely exceeded my expectations in every way. I love the security and I really appreciate the building being watched the way it is because it makes me feel better leaving my belongings somewhere other than home. Thank you!

This is a wonderful storage place! Holly and Vida are the best! So helpful and accommodating! The units are very clean, and I will store my things here now and any other time I need storage space. Love that they have a charity unit for people to donate right from their rented units. If youre looking for great customer service, this is the place!
