Extra space storage, and in particular this location has been a huge relief to me while providing the best in service. I am a service member and had the somewhat unique need to transport a vehicle from Columbus Georgia to El Paso Texas. My main issue was that I needed a location where the vehicle could be dropped off securely before I arrived in El Paso. The storage specialists at Extra Space Storage were able to accommodate me and allow me to leave my vehicle on a secure lot on the premises with my keys stored safely in the office. Moreover, even though I would only be able to reach El Paso after my car had arrived, Extra Space Storage had the locations nationwide to allow me to conduct a remote lease while in Georgia that could transfer to Texas! I had tried four or five storage specialists before extra space storage and while many of them had been rated well for customer service, their general managers were unwilling to accommodate my needs or simply bumped me back to customer service in a frustrating phone circle without meeting my needs. Extra Space Storage had an excellence in service consistent across their general managers and customer service agents. The general manager at this location at Joe battle blvd in particular was a tremendous help - she listened attentively to my needs and gave me recommendations that solved my problems! I will definitely be using extra space storage in the future whether on deployment or to assist again in further PCS moves. Five stars well earned!!!

Awful! Do Not Rent! Closed out my unit after a return from Iraq. Physically walked in and told them I was no longer in need of the unit and it was closed out. They said ok, took the locker number, and told me to have a nice day... Then proceeded to charge me an additional two months worth of storage fees. The accidentally moved someone elses stuff into my old unit, and thought it was my stuff. Havent been able to get the money from them since... Scumbags! Also my stuff was more soiled and smelly than all of my gear from Iraq. If I could give a 0 I would.

The security features and cleanliness are outstanding! Nicole was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions as this was my first time renting one of their storage units,I will definitely ecommend this facility to friends and neighbors!
