I will never rent from a place like this again. My wife had open heart surgery and i was late, this place charges 10 bucks every 7 days or some crap. So if u dont mind paying 4 late charges in a month plus a overlock fee totaling 8 bucks go right ahead....looks to me the lady gracy likes taking your things to the auction. Place is setup to take ur stuff in 45 days or less. VERY BAD STORAGE PLACE IF YA ASK ME. I never lost my stuff but i was late one month rent was 55 bucks and with there 10 dollar late fees after just 20 days i owed them 105 i gave them 60 bucks to that and 15 days later they sent me a letter saying i now owed them 75 for a newspaper letter 25 for cutting my lock and two more 10 dollar late fees totaling 165. Then i had to talk with the district manager andrew he was nice and he cant help how NAZI like the company he works for is set up so he refunded most of the fees seeing how they hadnt paid for the news paper ad yet. Anyway i cant stant the NAZIFICATION OF MY COUNTRY....I WALK AROUND EVERYDAY AMONG ALL THESE NAZIS AND I HATE IT....

They cant even provide a dumpster for customers to throw trash away. As expensive as this place is its pathetic to think they cant provide a small place for us to throw away small stuff. Probably why in the year or more Ive been here I see more bugs each time I come back. Nobody Cleans their storage unit cause its to inconvenient. I reccomended they put up mirrors like every other place so you can see around corners but I guess the owners spend most their money up their nose and cant afford anything useful for customers. Way better places than this look around more.

Exposing Failures

Look if you are looking to use self storage, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! With 2 locations in Victoria they will force you to take a PP, "not needed" they will raise your rent after six months or as their occupancy goes up. They will price you out or into auction. If you are smart enough to read a review before you rent, be smart enough not to rent from them. Also they are more expensive when others in the area.

The Storage Place and its staff is phenomenal. The facilities always seems to be well maintained and unlike other places Ive been the gate always works properly. My rent comes off my card automatically with no troubles. They did go up on prices which I may look into but regardless this is a fantastic place that suits my needs.
