My flight got delayed getting back to Denver and my wife got everything out of the unit except one item she could not lift. We were there the next day and had it out. Despite this they charged us $200. They had a lot of open units too. This is during the Holidays too. What a shame that this company shows such greed. There are way better options here in town that are competive in price and show more flexibility in terms of pro-rating, etc. We wanted to go "local," but in this case we got burned. When I called to complain the lady on the phone said "we dont want to do this, we have to. And weve been getting away with it for 25 years." So basically they know how bad their service and practices are. Well, I am hear to tell people to beware!

This place is great and they have excellent prices. They recently expanded and doubled their size. The place looks very nice and is very clean. I checked out a few places and decided on AAA because they have a manager that lives on the premises. The grounds are surrounded by fences, they have security cameras and 24 hr access. I ran into the owner one day and he is a very nice guy. I would highly recommend AAA Storage.

I rented here from 2003 till 10/2013 WHEN THE FLOOD HIT AND TOOK EVERYTHING AWAY! My losses $10,000 plus it cost me $2800 to be there in the three days notice they lead time I was given to remove my items or forfeit them? PICK ANYWHERE BUT HERE: If you choose here you will be sorry!

This location has excellent rates. They were more friendly and hospitable than 3 other locations i contacted. Also they have a nicer location and very convenient for accessing contents in our unit. Very respectable and trustworthy company.

We just moved our storage from U-Store-It to "AAA" and Im very pleased. The price is much lower, the people are much more helpful and gracious, and the facilities are in much better condition. I definitely recommend them.

Ive rented space at AAA numerous times and always find their friendly customer service to be personal and very efficient. I recently needed space for my father-in-law, and AAA was the only place Id go.

The son employee told me my rent was due 6 hrs after it was actually due and i got redlocked. This is a scam to steal your property! Very unprofessional and very rude. Avoid this business at all cost!
