Weve rented a unit here for years, ALWAYS entered our gate code when entering and exiting (even when the gate was open), kept our unit clean and been contientious of the staff and other renters. And until tonight, we have always had a pleasant experience. This evening my 9 yr old daughter and I were going through our unit sorting out things for an upcoming garage sale. We arrived an hour before closing time, did what we needed to do, and were more than halfway through putting our stuff back into the storage unit when my daughter alerted me that a car was coming down our isle. I walked out, saw the car approaching, picked up a chair that I thought might be in their way and carried it into the storage unit. As I turned to walk back out, I could hear the driver talking. I heard what she said the first time, but I asked her to repeat herself because I couldnt believe her tone. She was absolutely as RUDE as she could be. It was maybe, and I seriously doubt it, but maaaaaybe 20 minutes after closing time, and this "B" quite curtly, with my daughter watching, made it clear that I was trespassing because I was on site after closing time, and went so far as to threaten to have me cited. I was moving my things back INTO the storage unit! Maybe she thought she was being gracious when she told me I had 15 minutes before she called the cops, but what she really did was destroy my opinion of, and loyalty to Public Storage. Of course my daughter and I talked about what happened after "rude lady" left, and I couldnt have been more proud when she (who is nine) made this connection; "Its not WHAT you say, its HOW you say it".

Storage unit was secured and confirmed online, but on the move-in date, I discovered in person that the room was not ready due to unresolved roofing issues. Other units were offered, but my needs were not met. I clearly stated my requirements: climate controlled, close to home, and pricing/cost concerns. Bruce, the manager for supposedly 12 years, repeatedly failed to listen and understand these requests. His solutions were inadequate, in addition to being conversationally awkward. Other minor complaints: my name and phone number were incorrectly stored in the computer system. I was slightly disappointed to find that upon arrival, there was a sign on the door that indicated someone would return in approximately ten minutes. Bruce reassured me he would resolve the issue after talking with his general manager, Chris. Bruce said he would call me a day later, after 9:30 am. By 4:00 pm, I called Bruce to inquire as to what the status of the unit was. He advised me to seek another facility. Poor sales, customer service, and management. A complete waste of my time and a huge inconvenience in the already stressful moving process. Choose this facility only for availability and convenience of location.

This 5 star review is for the customer service I received from Chelsie, not from Public Storage as a company for I found other employees at other locations to be less than impressive. I have always rented or owned homes with adequate storage so in my first foray into renting storage space I was stunned at the cost in the metro Denver area. Chelsie was by far the most helpful, knowledgeable person I spoke with at any storage company, and she offered the best advice to get the best value for the money, so SHE earned my business for her company. Upon meeting her, she was thorough - even staying late to ensure I had all I needed to gain access that very evening. Chelsie was so enthusiastic in promoting her company and location that I inquired as to whether people in her position were rewarded with commissions and bonuses... she told me no... It is a pity that large companys like Public Storage do not apparently appreciate the hard work and extra mile taken by exceptional performers.

I was very dissatisfied with Chesley and the District manager. I had a problem with the gate code on Sunday and Chesley had an office full of dissatisfied customers. The two people in front of me were complaining about her unprofessional attitude and her children were behind the counter saying that they were hungry. Needless to say that when my turn came she wouldnt give me a code to get out and she closed the shop down. My autistic son and I were trapped inside the gates for two hours in the blustering sun. Were moving this weekend even though are paid for the month. The district manager was no help today. He kept interrupting me when I was speaking and also wouldnt help. Im telling all my family and friends about these people. My 1200 Facebook friends will also hear about this. My son suffered heatstroke and dehydration from that Sunday

I have been on a long path of trials and tribulations. I ended up having to set up a 2nd unit. Obviously having one already with Public Storage and a good experience I called them first. Connie A. seemed stressed. I had set a time to come in. Another customer arrived who was trying to stay on schedule. I offered to let her go first. My day was open no big hurry. I was able to conversat with them both and cracked a few jokes to lighten the mood. The other customer was really appreciative I let her go first. Connie A. was extremely helpful. As she is every time I have the pleasure of seeing her. I am sure it isnt heard enough- Connie A. you are a very nice person and all the help that you offered is more than greatly appreciated.

this public storage location is by far and away the most well kept and hospitable place Ive used. Ive had to move states for the last 4 years and between 4 states in 4 years and multiple storage units, this is the only one I would want to come back to. I dealt with two very inviting and welcoming ladys. Ashley was a trainee that seemed like she could have been doing this job for years with her great customer service backed with Celias guidance this experience has left me with smile on my face and I promise I wouldnt go anywhere else. thank you girls.

Very clean and organized store, Chelsie the company representative is a credit to the organization, she was very professional even with irate customers that were present at the time of my visit. She seemed to know how to clam customers down and get them to understand that the contract rules are not her rules but the companies. The property is well maintained, clean and busy. The packing and moving supplies, were easily accessible and in ample supply. Chelsie was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for the great service.

I have edited my 5 star review down to 1 star. After getting my storage unit for a very good price, they decided 2 months in to increase my storage costs by over 25%. I was not given a choice, just simply mailed my new rate, as I did not want to rent a truck to move all my items (after already doing this 2 months prior) I decided to keep my goods here, but I am extremely unsatisfied that they increased my rate substantially immediately after move in, I will be moving my goods from here in the future due to this poor experience.
