i want to bring a little light to a special person i have had the pleasure of meeting at this facility. Mr Mark Olson , the manager has been a real delight to come to know. i rented a unit here for a lady in Florida who has been buying a closeout on a tile factory in Boulder colorado. during the days after the rental she has had me ask mr Olson so many different questions and rates , i was afraid he would ask me to leave the property. day by day, again and again different sizes different quotes. this guy never said a word rather than ,,,,i understand,,,,,,i understand,. he over and over again said he knew people had alot going on and was glad to help.,i have a storage unit in Las Vegas for over 2 years and the people are so short with me, i have decided to look into moving my unit to a public storage in Vegas.,,,,Mark is for sure the reason i will tell all my friends where to look for a storage unit on the front range of Colorado,,,,thanks and feel free to contact me at any time ,,,thanks to you Mark for all above and beyond patience in this daily world we live in CARL PIAZZA unit 1144

My name is Kelly Schroeder, and I am ex-military, with that being said, I have moved many many times. Several of those moves were handled by the United States Navy and many I have done myself. I am what you would call a storage space regular and I have to say, that the experience that I had at your Longmont facility, outshined them all. Not only was it one of the cleanest and best maintained facilities that I have had the pleasure to store my household goods in, but your Manager Mark went well above my expectations. He was the most professional employee of yours I have ever dealt with. From speaking with him on the telephone to arriving at this particular location the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness he displayed, was well above that of your typical employee. I actually thought he was the owner the way that he represented your company. Although my household goods were on your property for less than three weeks before I had to take off across the country again, I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone in the Longmont/Lyons area for all of their storage needs.

Reserved a storage unit with Sherri at store #26409 (4405 S. Quebec, Denver, Co 80237). Sherri was very sincere and after I shared with her that I am a single mother who had a recent misfortune resulting in me having to store my entire house in Public Storage, she looked online at other locations to get me the best rate possible. I was able to save about $60 per month by transferring my reservation to the Public Storage #28203 (1492 S. Clinton Street, Denver, Co 80247). She even called ahead with our basic information as we had to return our Uhaul truck by a 6pm deadline and were running late. When we arrived at the second location, Debbie completed the necessary paperwork to lease the unit. She was also very polite, professional and prompt, as she already knew we were on a time constraint to return the truck. I would definitely recommend these locations and agents for Public Storage. They made the very stressful situation of moving a little bit easier and went above and beyond to accommodate our budget.

This facility was a lifesaver for my recent move. It was very close to home and very reasonably priced, with convenient access hours. Everyone I worked with there was friendly and professional. My experience with Mark was great. He checked me in and explained everything clearly. He has been very accommodating and is always very friendly when I visit the unit. The storage units are very clean and the whole facility is very well maintained. Security is good, too. I always felt safe, and felt that my belongings were safe as well. I would use this facility again without hesitation. In fact this facility gave me such a good impression that I am using Public Storage on the other end of my move. I hope they are as good!

Mark and Cheyanna are the most friendly and professional people in Longmont. Mark is almost meticulous in keeping the compound clean and trash free! This facility by far is the most kept up on and well taken care of, of any I have ever encountered. In addition, the rapport that Mark and Cheyanna present to their customers is very professional, but also very friendly. I recently moved my stuff out of my unit because I did not need it anymore, but there will be a time that I will require storage again, and I will definitely choose Public Storage! I also recommend it to anyone who is looking for a safe, secure, and clean facility to store their belongings.

Ive been renting a unit from Mark for the past several months during our search for a new home. The facility is in a really nice area of Longmont on very high ground, so I have no concerns whatsoever about water problems. My unit is clean and dry and more than big enough to store all my household goods. Also, stopping by my storage unit is always a pleasure. Mark addresses me (by first name!) in a very pleasant manner whenever we pass each other on the property. That kind of customer relations is very rare in ANY business these days. I heartily recommend this Public Storage to anybody in the Longmont Area.

We went in and found the unit we wanted. One employee said he would hold it for us while we measured our trailer to be sure it would fit. It would fit, so we called to say we were coming in to sign for the unit. Not only had they given our "reserved" unit away, but the employee on the phone was extremely arrogant and rude. Knowing we were in need, he offered us a smaller unit for $70 more! That is dishonest practice. Well stay with Go Green Storage any day over people who fail to hold up their word, are rude to potential customers, and manipulate prices knowing youre in need of their product.

Looked at several storage facilities, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and security. All the units in the size I wanted were taken, so I gave my number to Mark so he could call when a unit was available. Even though these are quickly reserved units, he did call when a unit became available, only a few days later, and was extremely helpful in telling me how to reserve it online, and a few hours later, I moved into my unit! Looking forward to having my things in such a nice space, not worrying about weather or theft! Thanks Mark for all your help!

I have used many storage units in the past and typically try to stick with Public Storage company as a whole. And with this location, I was not disappointed! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I was so grateful for the pleasant experience during the rental process. I feel very confident that my items will be secure at this facility. Also, the facility is very obviously cared for and clean. Both Mark and Jessica have been great to work with. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to store their belongings.
