I have stored at this location in the past, the first time for 3 years, Pam and her staff have always been great an very professional. I came back to this location Because Pam is by far the best site Manager I have ever done business with in storage. Other reasons, I chose this location & company , is the security, 24 hour cameras, limited gate hours, means less chance of someone doing something stupid. requires Disk locks on all units, which means less break ins, because you cant bolt cut a disk lock. Price for my 10x15 was a great deal, CubeSmart does run a bit high, but theres a reason for that. We are paying good money for a company to keep our belongings secure. If you want cheap, then go to a mom an pop place, with no security , doesnt care what kind of lock you place in your unit and doesnt offer insurance to keep your things protected if theres a break in, the staff is unprofessional and doesnt care about you. Cubesmart, cares for their customers and values the feedback. I choose security , professionalism, limited gate hours and good deals. They even carry a great selection of merchandise. boxes, tape, stretch wrap, mattress covers, etc . You go anywhere else, youre stupid. :)

Pam, the office manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with a heart of gold! She is reliable and dependable, always following through with what she says. She even got us a refund for the month we didnt end up using! We had a storage unit at extra storage during the same time and even though we had already paid for the entire month and moved everything out just 3 days into that month, extra storage space definitively did NOT offer us any money back. Our experience at CubeSmart was so amazing that I wish I could take Pam with us!

They always got back to me when I left messages with questions. I reviewed other storage places on Google before I chose this location and I am glad I chose the right place!!

Very helpful, considerate and responsive customer service. They spent time on the phone with me to make sure that I had the right size unit, and held the last one that was big enough for my stuff while I waited for a moving truck to arrive, and made sure that I was in a spot that would permit a truck to pull straight up to the unit.
