This is a great facility. Since it is new, occasionally there will be some slip ups, like not updating my unit code immediately after I changed units, but that was quickly fixed. The elevator in the building is wonderful, and even too helpful. While moving in yesterday it offered me a free dinner and a flight when I pushed the up button. Too bad I had a load of stuff and no phone to respond with. My friend was most impressed with the well designed areas and the way the lights went on and off with our movements. It is very clean (spanking new, after all) and I feel very good about having my "priceless" belongings in storage in Longmont.

Management and staff at this Guardian location have been consistently just tremendous, professional and capable. Our business required multiple units very quickly, with additional needs for some onsite parking - we even needed an area for intermittent office work, with a wireless connection. All was provided at reasonable cost and with a smile. Highly recommended.

This is a great new facility and I was very happy with the experience of storing with them. I moved out of a storage place in Boulder that was the same size, but the unit I moved into had a much higher ceiling so I was able to store more (with careful stacking). There was also much less dust on my stuff than in the other unit. And I saved money!

Clean and shiny! New units and a splashy front office. Love that they offer the truck for free local usage! Denise was great, easy to work with. also we left our daughters sunglasses there and not only did she call us when she recognised them as ours, but when we didnt have time to return she popped them in our unit! Denise and Shelby are great! Not only did we get clean units quickly, the moving van was always gassed when I picked it up all four times. We like how secure the property is too. We even got to shred boxes of documents for free when we were done moving out of the home we sold. We will never go anywhere else ever again.

Steer clear. Property manager, Alberto, is not interested in reutnring calls to customers who have had reservations for 1.5 months and have been told four differnet open dates. They want to argue about refunding a $10 reservation fee, as if it was my fault that they couldnt manage to open the property on scheudule
